Had Johnny B's come out a few weeks ago to treat for mice in my townhouse. The technician was awesome! He was very understanding that I was so frustrated because I've been dealing with this problem for a long time. I've called other companies before but have been let down when my problem persisted. He calmed me down, walked through the entire property with me and pointed out why my problem hadn't been resolved till now. Well it's weeks later and it seems they got the job done! If I ever have a problem again with any pest problems, I know exactly who to call. Thanks guys!

While I haven t yet used their services, I called this morning asking about a possible carpet beetle infestation. The gentleman that answered the phone was straightforward, honest and patient. In the event I determine I need pest control services in the future I will definitely be calling these guys!

The came out very quickly and resolved our issue. They were very attentive and thorough - walking the whole house and perimeter with my husband, instructing areas we should seal better and placed traps in several locations. Our pest problem was resolved from there on out.

The representative came to my home and schedule. We can walk around and he explained everything that he was doing as well as what was in the neighborhood that was causing the problem.

Johnny B's was available quickly and did a thorough job. The technician showed up on time and was very patient with all of my questions. He even gave me his cell in case I had follow up questions. They were not the cheapest quote in town but I felt more satisfied by their explanation of services and extended 90-day warrantee.

I can't say enough about this company. My roommate brought home bedbugs on a suitcase and I was beside myself. The person I spoke to named Jerry on 3 occasions calmed me down and talked me thru the whole process and assured me that they would resolve my issue and it seems they have. The 2 employees that came out were professional and also reassured me that what they would do should rectify my problem. Fair price, great attention to detail by the technician, Keith. Keith explained everything he was going to do and then showed me his progress along the way. Had rodent problem, plus termite signs, both handled by Keith & B & B. Provided license and insurance, and formal work order, and email updates about scheduling. They respond quickly and are pretty thorough. We caught several mice within the first 24hrs.

Arrived on time; inspected for places where mice could come in and filled them in. Placed bait boxes around along with sticky traps.

I have used Johnny's over the past three years and they have come to bait for field mice. Each time the team was courteous, informative and effective. I would highly recommend them. Their traps resolved the mouse problem each time.

I was able to book an appointment with these guys fairly quickly to take care of an ant problem we had in the spring. They explained the whole process to us, what to expect immediately following their visit, and when to call back if we were still experiencing a problem. I felt they were very fairly priced and super nice guys. Hopefully I never have to, but would definitely call them again if I had a future problem.

Yes, I would recommend them. One was found dead only 3 days after the set the traps. I think they might need to bring a larger box because we saw one that might be to big to get in. The trap box keeps being moved around slightly so we think it must be the critters.
