I live in an apartment and our landlord sends them over as soon as we mention any signs of pests. The three times I've interacted with people from B&B over the past two years have all been very positive. They are kind, professional, and very friendly. They make us feel very comfortable and give us a lot of background knowledge on what they are doing.
