I was very impressed with the service I received from B&B from the initial conversation I had with them up to the completion of the job. Much to my delight, I discovered that the gentlemen on the other end of the phone was none other than one of the owners, John. He was straight forward, open, and a delight to talk to. He sent one of his colleagues to my house at a day and time that worked for me. After the initial inspection, I received more first class service for the actual extermination. John, himself, showed up with a colleague to tackle the problem head on. Both were very open and direct when conversing with me about their process. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. They performed the necessary work in a diligent and timely manner. I am very satisfied and recommend their services to anyone who needs to rid themselves a of bug problem!
