I spoke to Jerry at B&B Pest Control who could not have been nicer or more knowledgable about various household pests. I called him thinking I had a potential termite problem. He asked me to send him a pic of the critter to determine how we should proceed. It was not a termite or carpenter ant and he told me how I could handle on my own or with their assistance. He saved me a lot of angst and money. Another company may have just treated for termites without examining the situation. Thank you, Jerry and B&B!!
