I had a mouse problem showing up in my building. The two gentlemen that showed up were courteous and efficient. They placed bait and traps in the appropriate places and told me it would take about 3-4 weeks to be settled. It took about 4-5 :) But things are all good now and haven't seen a mouse since then. I'm happy.
