Branden was the best! He showed up on time, was thorough going through each floor explaining the reasons for each method of mice traps/baits. He explained what we humans needed to do the help which is very important to win the battle. It was obvious that Branden was passionate and knowledgeable. B&B deserved credit as well. B&B was responsive and was great in communications. What a great team! I would use B&B and Branden with all pest control needs in the future.
