(Don't PRESS 1) Called 3-times to speak to a Service Advisor, 1st time they transferred me to someone who's job it is to set an appt.= I asked for a Service Advisor -She stated " What you wanna do, set a appointment or speak to an Advisor" I asked for an Advisor and she hung-up -Called again 2. Told the another I called to speak to an advisor and she said what number did you call- ??? 3rd time-- They were so rude I just hung up.. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
