My vehicle a Toyota Highlander (2012) had to have its transfer case replaced at 87,000 owing to a whining noise in the transmission. Fortunately my vehicle was covered by an extended warranty with AutoNation. The service manager Mr Billy Thompson certainly went the extra mile to ensure that I was supplied with a loan rental car for the period that my vehicle would be out of commission. Mr Thompson also kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs.
