At first my husband and me where getting frustrated with the sales representative but come to find out he was new (2 weeks). Afterward another sales representative took over and we were very satisfied with Mr. Junior, one of the things was he spoke Spanish and had the experience. Loved the service of the representative and financial services, I would recommend it to anybody and representative went above and beyond to make sure we get the pick up truck that we wanted. We are very pleased on our new 2017 Toyota Tacoma. We also bought from them a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Thank you AutoNation!

Terrible and unprofessional. I put money down on a car and signed all the paperwork. It was late when we finished so I was scheduled to come back and pick up the car with proof of insurance. They sold the car and tried to sell me something I didn't want. This dealership are full of it and wasted 4 hours of my time
I bought my Prius from an AutoNation out of state but when I moved here I decided to continue getting maintenance through them. They are reasonably priced and have convenient extended hours. They do however take a very long time (2-3 hours for oil change and tire rotation) to perform scheduled services.

Very disappointed when I picked up the car I purchased was not detailed as promised and a light was not fixed! Sales person was not proactive on getting the paperwork ready for us after we told her that we had finance ready and would be back... she didn't even ask and we had the check with us! Finance department was on point though.

I came to Autonation Toyota and William made my experience exceptional. I walked in with a slight idea of what I wanted but William knew exactly what I needed and was able to put me in a car within my budget that I love. He was very helpful, friendly and efficient with his service.
I received a vague letter telling me there was a recall on my brakes. Made an appointment. Came in and was told it was going to take up to 4 hours. I didn't have time so I rescheduled for the next Saturday at 7:30 a m. Dropped off car, and had someone take me home. A hour later they called to say my car was ready. When I came in, the service person could not tell me what they did, so he went to check . Comes back to tell me they were checking to see if I had a TRD break kit. Really? All that, when all anyone needed to do was look through the spokes in my wheel or ask me. Waste of time. Every interaction I've had with this dealership has been bad. Stay away from Thornton Road Toyota.
I came in to this dealership with a vehicle I had been looking at online. The internet sales manager, William, immediately sat down with me and we talked about the vehicle and my situation. Before I knew it, we were outside and he was showing me all of the features of the vehicle, some of which I wasn't even aware of. We took a test drive, I fell in love, and that was it! The next day, my deal was complete and they even helped me return my rental car to Enterprise. All of the sales and finance team that worked with me were great, everyone at the dealership was very pleasant, so I have no complaints. Thank you for making my transaction smooth and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Started looking this week on Monday for a car online, had some questions so I called in and talked to Sonja. Very helpful and pleasant. Answered all my questions and very detailed and knowledgeable on the test drive. Went to see her the next day to look at the cars. Her and her boss Simo were the most professional and helpful people. Process was very easy, no pressure, walked me through everything I wanted to know. Went back Thursday and left with the car! If you want a great experience and no "haggles" you should definitely go to Toyota on Thornton Rd!! I could not be more happy with my new purchase.
This person spoke very rudely over the phone! Surprised she is a sales person.
She did not want to do the hard work of sending her best price and said you get me the best deal you get and I will give you $200 better. Who does this nonsense for $200? I believe in good relations.
She ended the call saying I am pinning one dealer against the other! I am a consumer, I will look for the fair & affordable price when there is no fixed price.
Sad that she was questioning my intent vs as a sales person her job is to connivence me to work with her and her dealership.

This was my last stop on the search for a new vehicle; I worked with Charles Shores and he took great care of me. I received exceptional customer service from the Toyota team members, from the receptionist, to my sales guy(Charles), to Lou in the finance department. Even after my vehicle was purchased both Charles and Lou have reached out to ensure I'm enjoying my new Camry.
Although I was kicking and screaming all the way to the dealership, because I didn't really want a car note, I must say it was a great decision to do business with Thornton Road Toyota!

Not bad but sales persons work witg several clients at the same time so be prepared to wait and for the money spent I want one on one. Never followed up after sale to check satisfaction. .

AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road has no attention to detail, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your service needs. I do not own, nor have I ever owned a Toyota RAV4, I have requested to be removed from their mailing list via an AUTOMATIC unsubscribe link, and it's obvious that someone in appropriately put my email down and I continue to be asked for reviews on their service, so here it is. Given the glaring lack of attention to detail, continued spamming of someone who doesn't own a Toyota vehicle, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your service needs. I am certain there are shops that will provide a better level of service, confirm your contact information, and make sure they're getting in touch with the right people when asking for reviews. Wish you the best in finding another location to service your vehicles.
I was pleased with the service. The service rep Ricky was a pleasure to work with. The mechanic went the extra mile to save me money which means the world to me. I love my 2000 Tundra and will use AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Road again. They replaced old fuel evaporation hoses, tailgate handle, and the brake light sensor + bulbs in a timely manner.

Vacillating between 1 Star and 3 Stars... Hesitantly, I will give them a 2 Star for at LEAST the car rental. Day 25, car still being serviced for what I was told would be a 1 day job (CATALYTIC CONVERTER).The Ball has been "Grossly Dropped"...Yes I have a paid in full rental car, but the excuses have now become a blame game... Is it incompetency or lack of proper communication? All they had to do was pull up a V-Spec Sheet and all of the details on my car would have appeared. Incorrect parts were ordered, which caused the delay. Technician damaged a gasket which now has to replaced. O2 Sensor had issues, I've now been told it's fine ...Hmmm? I have been told the car will be ready for pickup TODAY. I will have my own diagnostic test ran IMMEDIATELY upon pickup.
I was getting frustrated searching for a new/used car that was within my budget at every dealership until I found Scott Turner at AutoNation Toyota. Scott was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional throughout the entire process. I ended up saving over $2,300.00 and was able to knock off almost $150 off my monthly payments. I m sorry I have to give them 2 stars. My service representative, Debbie was excellent no issues. However my actual oil change was not fully complete.I went for an oil change in late February. Then got my tires at Sam s one week later. The representative at Sam s told me my battery was corroded and that he was shocked that my car started. Why didn t AutoNation tell me this or just clean it off? I spent 79 bucks for an oil change that is NOT good customer service. What did I pay for? I thought they check under the hood to check fluids, battery etc. very disappointed and this is where I brought my car 4 years ago. I would like an explanation. Upset customer.
After dreading buying and selling eight cars over many years, I finally struck gold with my latest purchase at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. Everything about my car buying experience was five- stars worthy. During my first visit, I was quoted a price for a 2014 Corolla, but did not purchase it at that time. While they knew I was doing my due diligence, I did not receive pushy daily call-backs, but was contacted after a respectable amount time had elapsed. One of the nice things about the dealership is that it is designed to make the customer feel comfortable. You don't sit in a small room with your salesperson, you are sitting at a table in the showroom drinking coffee, tea, etc. I had the pleasure of dealing with Colin R., Joe Y. and Tim H. and cannot say enough good things about all three - they are professional and customer-oriented. I highly recommend the dealership and would suggest that if you are looking to purchase a Toyota, you go directly to the triumvirate of Colin, Joe and Tim!

My parents purchased a 15 toyota Avalon and they worked with Saad Bawja. Saad was very understanding but not pushy as other salesman. They enjoyed the experience and getting to know Saad. WARNING! Don't make the same mistake I did by giving these people your hard earned money! I bought a 2016 certified pre owned Toyota Corolla from AutoNation Thornton Road in June 2017. By November the paint was chipping on the front bumper. A mechanic friend of mine said it appeared the car had been wrecked and the paint job was poorly done. I spoke with Corey who was a manager and he assured me it would be taken care of by the repair team. I arrived at the dealership and waited 45, only to have Corey tell me they refused to repair the damage. I asked to speak to the General Manager and I was told he would be on a conference all indefinitely. I asked for the name and contact information of the Regional Director and was told by Corey he had no idea how to get that information. Then he have me a contact number for the General Manager that does nothing but ring, no voicemail is offered and then the call is terminated. I called the dealership and finally got the GM's voicemail and 6 days later.....I'm still waiting for a response. Worst customer service experience of my life! RUN AWAY when you see this place!
Had an absolute amazing experience. And wasn't there long at all. I had a great salesmen Kevin and Collin and the financial manager Ash were some of the best people i have had to deal with for buying a car. I highly recommend shopping her for new or used cars and trucks.

It's a car dealership. Expect follow up phone calls. I bought the car and the wipers were broken. They promptly fixed them. I got the scratch protection. Once i washed the car i noticed a ton of scratch marks. They buffed them right out.
Ok so, I only take my Prius to get serviced here and although pricey I trust them with my vehicle. Yesterday was a rough day for me I had to spend money on Ubers to get around. I kept calling to check on my car and the operator told me that my service advisor would be in touch. I didn't hear from him until late. He told me they was short staffed and busy. Ricky helped me out some on my bill I appreciate how considerate he was even after I had a slight attitude.
Wonderful experience with great service. Ask for Jayda! She came in on her day off just to make sure that I was getting taken care of. She is fabulous. This was my first experience with AutoNation and I will most definitely return for another vehicle.
We absolutely loved our experience with AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Road. Before Iain we even walked into the building we were greeted by a friendly salesman, Mr. William Boyce. My wife and I just dropped in for me to look at the 2015 Prius which William showed us the available models and the features and operation of the Hybrid system, after the wife made her choice William and the General Manager Brad Thornton went out of their way to give us a great deal and send us on our way with our new Prius.

Having our scheduled maintenance performed by the Service Department has been a surprisingly pleasant experience. They are very professional, very customer-focused and courteous, and technically proficient.
They were super unprofessional, they sold me into a 2020 Chevy Malibu that had warning indicator lights on in the dash bored. the Asian guy was unprofessional. They told me I couldn t have a someone else as co payee on the contract because they didn t have a driver license but just an ID, we had concerns because we found out that later you can finance a car with jus an id because of that we call to come in a speak to Dianne about that and we came in explain that we found out that you can finance a car with one of the payee just having a id because we are currently getting a car at Parssaysyes.com so while we were there we told Dianne that if it s not possible to put my friend on the contract I wanted to keep the car, so here comes the Used car sale manager Carl (black guy with wild Afro) whom never greeted us and or let us even know who he was sits down and tell us that if we return the car then we can t get our down payment back ( which it was originally 1,000 down then, Asian guy brought it down to $500 just to make a sale ) but anyway then Carl proceed to check car out it was in the same shape they gave us the car on Friday so we had the car over the weekend and went with concerns on Monday and because we brought up our concerns Carl then tells me I can t leave with the car because they had concerns , ran me and my friend credit after the 6 times of hard inquiry and currently still have the car on my insurance and we had to Uber back home from lithia springs to Stone Mountain. They didn t care about our time they only was concern about commission on the sale they made with us made me sign contract and took the car from our possession because Carl was afraid to lose his job if the banks/lenders found out how much they played around with the numbers to make 2,500 profit and just to get us in any car and it wasn t even what we originally wanted. Don t go to this particular Toyota if you decide to go ahead and reach out to lenders/banks on your own and whatever you do don t expect them to be professional

This is the absolute worst dealership that I have purchased a car from or gone to get service done on my Toyotas. They never thoroughly check my car. When I do come for service, the wait time is too long for what needs to get done. You would think with the wait times being so long, the car wash and vacuuming ask for would get done yet it doesn't. Never! I just purchased a car from them mid-October and had to take it back twice since for different issues with the last being a bad battery that I had to shell out over $100 to get replaced. The blessing was the associate took off money because he felt bad for us. Furthermore, when I purchased my car, all but one of the crew working the deal was unfriendly. They never smiled and did not appear remotely concerned with my husband and my best interest. They just wanted to give me any old APR and keep it moving. This place sucks! There needs to be training on politeness and customer service because obviously they are missing the mark.
I purchased my mom a car from this location and she was not happy with it at all. The GM Mohammad was so nice with helping her find another car. Curtis the salesman was very Patience and understanding that she didn't want the car. They really wanted to make her happy. Everyone at this location is very friendly and Patience. She left here with a car she loves and a smile on her face. Thank You to everyone that helped her, it's greatly appreciated. I highly suggest this location to anyone thinking of purchasing from AutoNation.

Very good sales experience with Jayda and Alex. Unfortunately there were a few minor issues with the new car (2020 Camry XSE). Took it back today and Jayda and Alex referred me to the service department. My car has the upgraded JBL sound system which includes a 10" subwoofer. It seems that the car has something that is loose in the back and causing rattles when the stereo is on. The service department's suggestion to fix this problem: turn the base down. Laughable. I didn't buy this fully loaded, brand new car with an upgraded sound system so I could keep the base turned down to avoid rattles. So now I get to pay a local audio installer to fix the problem. Thanks.
Extremely long wait, even with appointment. Feel rushed. Had car services and fluids were to be checked and topped off. Antifreeze is low and has not been checked. I m really doubting my transmission fluid was actually checked. I have to take to another dealer to ensure my fluids are were they should be. Will not be returning. Badly representing the Toyota brand.

Went in to buy a 2018 camry xse.. plenty of 18s on the lot but none of them were v6. Salesman said it be next week.. so a week passes and they call and say they got 1 in.. i said perfect I'll come test it now.. he said well unless youre buying it tonight.. (call at 630) my general manager is going to drive it home for a test car.. so they would rather drive the car you want then sell it to you. Putting unnecessary mileage on the car. i was ready to buy the car today. Headed to a diffrent toyata right now to purchase same car.. great job guys. Highly dissapointed . Recently contacted Autonation Toyota in Lithia Springs to begin the new car buying process. Had been routed their way via another website and began discussing the type of car I was interested in. Was put in contact with Jay who quickly let me know what cars they had in stock and encouraged me to come test drive them. Unfortunately, it took me a couple of weeks before I could get in to see them due to my work schedule and then getting sick. Jay kept in contact via text and was very patient. Finally got in to the dealership to test drive a couple of the cars. I had an appointment and Jay had both cars I was interested in pulled up ready for me to drive. I was not very familiar with all of the features and which ones came on the various trim levels available. Jay did a great job explaining which features and options were available on each of the cars. I was very impressed with his overall knowledge of the various features. Although we did not come to agreement on the first time I visited, due to me being unsure of the color I wanted, Jay continued to stay in contact and answered all of the follow up questions I had. Eventually I determined the exact car and exterior and interior colors I wanted. They did not have it in stock but were able to track one down for me. Jay let me know when it would be available and kept me apprised as things progressed. I was very impressed with Jay s knowledge and demeanor in working with me. Would definitely recommend Jay and the rest of the folks (Winston) I interacted with at the dealership. Thanks again for a pleasant buying experience.

This is such an amazing car! I am glad I bought it, it exceeds every thing I needed in a car. Even my daughter loves it! Mr. Gary Escoto was such a great help. My time was very limited, I only had about two hours and a half, he had me out of there in an hour and forty minutes. I got a great deal, a great car note, a beautiful car, and an exceptional salesman.
