This has been the most awful experience with an unreliable dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been lied to and stolen from. They do not want to abide by what is stated in a contract. I strongly urge anyone looking for a vehicle to NOT buy from AutoNation Thornton in Lithia springs!

I would like to start off by saying my salesman Kaseem was excellent everything was great and I just love love my new Camry if I had to do it all over again I would with Autonation Toyota and Thanks again for everything
The AutoNation Toyota team was very easy to work with. Keith R. was an outstanding sales assistant who was willing to negotiate an extremely great price on a 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road. Completely satisfied!!
I just bought a car a week ago from this dealership and I must say that my faith in the car buying process was restored. This was primarily due to my interactions with Keith Russ, my salesman. Unlike any other salesman I ve ever had, I truly felt like there was no pressure and that he truly cared about whether I got the vehicle of my dreams at a fair cost. Years down the road when it s yime for me to buy a new vehicle, I ll be starting here and with Keith.
The salesman was great! The rest of the transaction, not so much. Very difficult to get straight answer from the money man as to how the lease was calculated. Best answer was it s complicated !
My husband and I both bought Toyotas this week from AutoNation Toyota, Thornton Road. Our salesman, Stalin Valenzuela, was impressive from our first meeting - sincere, energetic, understanding, accommodating, and straightforward. I bought a 2015 Rav4 Limited, and my husband chose the 2015 Corolla S. We are so pleased with our new rides and fully recommend Stalin and this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
Initially I thought the purchase in September 2015 was a great deal. However, the headache that ensued after the purchase is unbelievable. To my surprise the truck had two VIN numbers and no emission sticker. After multiple phones calls, return visits to the dealer, the situation is still not resolved and today is November 10, 2015 two months after the purchase.
When I bought my car, I went at least 3 Toyota dealers. The sales team of this one is the best. My salesman's name is Liman. He's very helpful, patient, and good at communication. I was afraid of Covid-19. I stayed in my car and talked with Liman over the phone. He helped me deal with most of things. His manager is very professional and has a lot of knowledge of cars and related laws. He gave me very professional explanation. The finance manager is also a nice person, and very patient.
I had to buy a car out of desperation as my car quit on me on my way home from work. As I needed a car for work and not knowing what to do, Vincent searcy helped me pick out a car that day and was able to get me a new 2016 corolla. I'm grateful for his help and the patience he had with me.
This location is far from me but I like bringing my car here for service because they are very careful and clean with your vehicle and they also take care of you fast.
This place only cares about sales. We actually walked out on the salesman. Within 10 minutes, we were handing papers to sign. I do not know if it was because we are young or what, but it was ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also lots of dealer fees. Cobb County Toyota was great!
I was in need of a new vehicle after my current Toyota Highlander reached 461K miles and the transmission started slipping. I had visited 2 other dealers and they had no cars on the lot and the price offered was higher than Auto Nation. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and found another Highlander and was out in about 2 hours. I love my new Highlander, this is the most dependable vehicle that I have every owned.my salesperson was great and easy to work with. Go Toyota!!
Words can't explain how grateful we are for this dealership and the people who worked with my wife and I to get our first new vehicle. After moving to Georgia our car of ten years broke down and we were left with only our Toyota Corolla. We were preparing for a new car, but didn't expect it to be THIS soon after moving only three weeks ago. We walked into this dealership lost, frustrated, and overwhelmed and from the moment we met the first employee things changed. We are so grateful for Charles and Gary who did everything in their power to help us. Our credit scores weren't the greatest and this was our first major purchase, so we were completely in a sea of emotions.
While we were there literally the entire day, it never seemed like it as we were constantly taken care of. The process was seamless for everything they were in control of and they did their best to keep us updated. Thank you Autonation Toyota for our new 2017 Rav 4 and treating us like family :)
My service advisor, Anthony Cox was very professional, friendly, informative and thorough regarding the service of my 2009 Toyota Prius and I would like for him to be my service advisor in the future.
My wife and I came here looking for a mini van. We knew what price range we were shopping in and shared our budget with the sales person. They then proceeded to waste my time for the next half hour or so. First they collected a bunch of information from me which they didn't need to show me a car. Then they insisted on pulling the cars around which takes much longer than walking the lot. And to top it off, they only showed me cars significantly above my price range. The sales rep was very aggressive and insisted on knowing what I wanted to spend per month, instead of the total price I wanted to pay (this seems to be a common sales tactic).
Overall I had a terrible experience and I won't be returning to this dealership to buy a car. The service department is ok though. The waiting area isn't very nice, but it is easy to schedule an appointment and the prices aren't terrible.
That was one of the worst experience I've ever had . I arrived at 10:30 and was not seen until 12:30. They explained what I needed and told me that it would be a couple of hours so they gave me a courtesy ride home. They then called me back to tell me that I was missing a part from my front brakes that wasn't under warranty. I explained to them that Toyota was the last people to work on them. They question what I told them until they went back into my records . They did honor my warranty however they said that they had to order the part and that it'll be tomorrow morning before my truck would be ready. By then I have missed my 4:00 appointment and they would not give me a loaner/rental. Now I'm stuck at home . The next day I had to call Toyota because by then it was 12:20 and I haven't heard anything back from them. They finally called me back at 2:30 to tell me that everything was repaired and that my ride will be there to pick me up at 2:45. The ride didn't get to my house until 5:30. No one called to explain, the manager seemed to avoid me and I missed an entire day of work.
Dusty was very helpful and has excellent customer service. Hands down the place to go for your car service. They Took car of me immediately and helped answer all my questions.
They did absolutely nothing but waste my time!! They scheduled me an appt. to fix a recall on my truck but no one ordered the part for it. They had it for 2 hours before even notifying me while I sat around waiting on it to be fixed!! So now I have to take another day off and try again!!
My mother and I recently purchased a car from this dealership and my experience was truly gratifying due to my salesperson Sammy Kirkland. I highly recommend him to anyone if you're looking for a salesman!
My husband bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander March 4, 2017. Our experience with Autonation was the absolute best. The customer service from the salesman was phenomenal. Brandon Binns delivered everything we asked for in our truck & then some. He helped us pick the right vehicle based on his knowledge of it. No gimmicks or fast talking to make a sale. The whole ordeal really changed our outlook on Autonation. Even the finance guy Will was extremely helpful & kind. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, go to Autonation in Lithia Springs & ask for Brandon Binns. He's the best @ what he does & he serves it with a smile. Thank you so much Brandon for your professionalism, courtesy, extreme knowledge of cars, & for being so kind.
I had a wonderful experience at AutoNation Toyota with Marcus McCall!! I bought my very first brand new car and am loving my new Camry!!! Thanks again Marcus!!!
Had a great experience here! I worked with Kamone, Marc and Rodney and they were a dream team! I test drove two vehicles and found the best one to fit my needs. Kamone was helpful in telling me all the features that were in one car versus the other. Marc helped me get my trade in appraised and find the color that I've fallen in love with - Blueprint. Rodney helped me finance my new Toyota. I've heard great things about Toyota, but I've always driven a Honda. Just the experience at AutoNation Toyota changed all of that. So much so that my mother who was always a Honda owner switched and bought her car at the same dealership! I guess we are a Toyota Family now! Thanks to the staff there at AutoNation Toyota and special shoutouts to Alexis and Winston!
If I could give a zero star rating I most certainly would. The people are overly nice until they get your money. From there any problem or assistance you need will not be attended to. That have horrible customer service and are not trustworthy or dedicated to resolving issues. The multi point inspection is a joke. from local to corporate they constantly avoid and shuffle the customer as if they feel you will be worn down should they constantly put you aside and leave you at Bay versus trying to remedy the problem. I would not recommend them for any purpose.
My 2017 Toyota Highlander's "tire light" appeared. I took the vehicle in on March 4, 2019 to determine the cause of this light being on. I received a call, indicating that the right rear tire needed to be patched. So, I paid ~$30-$35 to have this service completed. My vehicle was at Toyota for the entire day. Less than two days later, the tire light appeared once again. I ignored it for a few days because the weather dropped into the low 30's and I was once informed that a change in weather may trigger the tire light. However, after the weather warmed up and the light still remained, I scheduled another appointment to bring my vehicle back in. On March 18, 2019, I returned to have my vehicle inspected yet again. I was told that whomever patched the right rear tire did not patch it properly. I was not charged for this visit, but the inconvenience of having to bring my vehicle in twice (for the same issue) was an issue for me. Less than a day later, the tire light appeared AGAIN. By this point, I was very frustrated with Toyota. I called and asked to speak with a manager. He (Andy Phillips) was not in the office, so I left a voicemail for Andy both on 3/18/19 and on 3/20/19. Today is 3/25/19, and I have yet to receive a return phone call from Andy or a representative at Toyota. I am very much disgusted by the lack of service that I've received at Toyota. I've been in the family of Toyota for 18 years, and this Thornton Road location is a disappointment (not to mention, I bought an Avalon from this location, and have ALWAYS had "tire light" issues with that vehicle). To avoid ever having to return to this location due to their poor customer service, I will NEVER purchase another Toyota. That's how disappointed I am with this location. My father is a retired Toyota employee in Florida, and not once did I ever have a problem with their location. It's just something about Thornton Rd, they need better management.
Their wait times can be a little long most likely due to the complete inspections for the overall car but sometimes they quote shorter than it takes which leaves you sitting there longer than expected. They are trying to get better at customer service which is appreciated from a dedicated Toyota customer.
The best experience I ve had in a long time the young lady had the best personality ever thank you so for her professional help see you guys soon next oil change new tires and balance May the Holy continue to bless
I have been coming here for a long time because it's convenient. While I must admit they have come a long way as far as serviice time there is still much room for improvemtn. I think that the staff is overwhelmed and possibly overworked. On several occasions, there was a mix up with the shuttle service that they provide. In other instances, pricing doesn't always add up. I'm considering trying out the Marietta location to compare differnces.
I came to this dealership because I wanted out of my 2016 Volkswagen, they don't hold up when they get high up in. A sales associate by the name of "Kawana Woods" who was very informative, patient, and very helpful. I don't think there's any other Toyota dealership I would rather go to. I will definitely buy my next Toyota from this dealershipand I hope and pray the sales associate will still be there to help me with my next purchase. If you're looking for a Toyota, please give this dealership a chance and especially Kawana Woods!!!
This organization runs well , I have never in 56 years been sold anything in life that was done so under handed in my life! Here is my Honest experience . I went in to buy a 2001 Toyota Avalon . I have a 99 sedan de ville. Sales rep said they should give you at least 1000 for a trade in , after sitting for hours , running my credit he came back and said they would give me 500. I told him I would keep mine, I put 1000 down on a 6000 dollar car with 149000 miles. All the time I am out front with the sales rep . They close at 9 pm. At 845 pm . All is ready I go and sit down with the finance manager who is slicker then a can of oil!!! He shakes my hand smiles talks really nice , mentions his kids ect. All while pushing papers for me to sign while explaining things at 10000 miles per hour. Bottom line is I didn't really get copies until the next day when he was off. Too late cause I signed. I felt raped like a Woman and I am all Man. If you go here Please make sure you go Slow signing anything . I felt completely duked after I saw all the hidden paper work, hidden yes. Top of page has some writing but you are dealing with a document with two or three pages underneath sometimes . Real good snake oil here. Total price after snake oil and 28 percent financing, the highest allowed by the state of Georgia well over triple that 6000. Another thing they tacked on this tax that pays off the car if totaled because it's not worth half of what you're paying. Don't buy it , through the dealer ship. I called back the next day because the cd won't eject. Mr snake oil said who was you sale rep. I am grateful to God for His love, grace, and mercy so I still Win. When I am ready I will change the dollar on this dime. Be Blessed Read Everything Completly, Never buy any car at 28 percent interest rate. Oran Harper Semper Fi
This was my first time at this dealership, and when I arrived I was greeted by Daniel Cunningham, who very friendly and helpful, overall my was very pleasant, I felt like my wait time was appropriate for a Saturday, so yes I would go back for my next service.
Although we were in and out within 30 min. I had to wonder whether anything was done on my vehicle for a service I PAID for? I had the CLOROX PRECISION CARE package done on two of my vehicles and it seemed as though with the word "CLOROX", you would at least briefly get a hint of clorox smell? There was nothing in either vehicle!
Approximately 2 weeks after purchase, I thought I got a good car at a decent price. I am still waiting for a second key to my certified used 2018 Rav4, and discovered I have the incorrect manuals for this specific vehicle. The manuals in the car are for 2 different models of this vehicle and a different year. Now I worry there are other hidden issues with this vehicle, although the carfax seem to be clean. Also had trouble with calls being returned.
Joshua and the team at Autonation Toyota Thornton Road is an awesome team! They listen and they offer suggestions on what needs I have regarding my car.
I had an appointment. I showed up on time and at that time I was the only customer waiting to be checked in. I waited almost 10 minutes before I finally got out of my car and asked out loud if someone could help me, because there were 3 service representatives that were walking around me in my car as if I was invisible. Someone finally came over, looked up my appointment and let the other service rep know that I was assigned to him. But, he proceeded to explain why he couldn't help me and I stood there while they had an exchange of words about how they were both too busy to help me. And I won't even go into the mansplaining it was downright insulting. Once I sat down in the waiting room, I was so frustrated that I decided there was no way I could give these folks my business. I asked them to bring my car back around. I left and went to another Toyota service department.
Found the car I wanted on autotrader, confirmed it s availability and made an appt via text with the dealership, bought it that day. Luis was great! Had never been to the dealership but would definitely buy from there again!
I was able to set my appointment the day before. Got in and out in about an hour and a half. Not bad for a Saturday. Staff was friendly and was able to give me quotes for future maintenance.
My man Lamin, is the guy to see. Between Lamin and Winston, your bound to walk away with a groundbreaking deal. These to gentlemen have completely turned around my autonation experience. Thank you again. Best Le'Andre
I just purchased a car from an online dealer and it needed some minor work. Duston worked with us and had us in and out quickly. The customer service was great! Duston and Toyota are a god send.
They have righted the Ship and fixed the colossal problems they had. The Sales and Service both impressed me to try again and I am very happy I did. Just purchased a new 4 Runner. I would recommend to try again here if you had bad experiences. They are different and you will be impressed.
The mechanics were professional and pleasant, though they didnt offer much information on what they found or write it on my ticket, they fluttered around always in too much a hurry, never called to let me know when my vehicle was ready, i had to call them and find a ride up there to look for my truck which it took 20 mins for them to find the mechanic and the truck , and needless to say i was late for work. I never found out what all the tests were involved in the full diagnostics tho i asked several times, nor was it mentioned on my receipt. I still dont know how they came up with the results that i have to have a new motor, then when i call to have the motor ordered they cant help me til they pull my ticket and they never return the call once they said they would, parts deepartment not very knowledgable, still dont have a motor yet!! Labor there is way too much!!
Never DO SERVICES AT THIS LOCATIONS. THEY WON'T TELL YOU CORRECT THINGS.....THAN LATER ON THEY WILL SAY OHHH YOU SHOULDN'T DO THAT....NOW ITS GOING TO COST YOU THIS MUCH......I DON'T LIKE THIS PLACE ANYMORE.....
I had 2:30 appt, but I came early an was very surprised I didn't hav a long wait Courtney got me in and out in no time. Courtney was professional and easy to talk to. I was very satisfied with my service and the time I spent.
I wish I could give two ratings but my bad experience the last week has overshadowed my initial good experience. My buying experience was great and I still love my new car. HOWEVER, the minute a problem comes up, it is very difficult to get help. My temporary tag was about to expire and I had still not received my new tag yet. Turns out, they messed up the address on my registration. I had to make multiple phone calls and leave many messages before I received a call from Scott, supposedly a manager. Clearly, he needs to take a refresher course in customer service. He had an attitude from the minute I said hello. He never offered an apology for THEIR mistake. He never offered help to fix the problem on their end. That is not how you treat a customer, especially after they have spent so much money at your business. I am very disappointed in how the situation was handled.
I worked for the company briefly. I was lied to about pay. Was not trained properly and there was always some hidden agenda. They can never guarantee anything and do not stand on their word. They continuously lied to cover one lie after another. They showed me no respect and made it seem as if I was always wrong about things that were facts. I do not recommend them. 0 stars
I must say that Alexis Palmer in Customer Relations went beyond measure to assist me with questions and concerns. She is a true jewel and each time I spoke with her she was willing and able to assist me. She truly is exceptional and exemplified 'TCS' Total Customer Satisfaction. Thanks for being a super star!
Ms Cecilia Thompson was very professional and had knowledge of services available. Time spent was longer than I wanted but service was great. I am always made aware of what needs to be done or replaced but no pressure is placed on me doing it at the exact moment and time. I have been coming to this service center since 2012 and have always had great service. The waiting area leaves a bit to be desired but sufficient.
Service is always outstanding! My technician, Anthony, was great. He worked to make sure I got the services I needed while working within my budget. Car was ready in the estimated timeframe.
This is my first car that I purchased on my own and they were absolutely so helpful! A very big thank you to Trevon he had my car ready, answered all questions and was able to help me and work with me! I have had my new car for a week now and I am still in love and so happy that I purchased it. Thank you to everyone at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Rd for helping me will ALL aspects, you all are greatly appreciated!
After shopping around at a few other dealerships.. We knew this was the place for us. Customer service is amazing here.. You have all my future business... Kudos to Auto Nation Toyota. You guys are the best!! Chris Brown you excell in customer service. Thank you so much.
Very easy process. Very friendly employees. I'm only giving 4 stars because I just noticed they left my rear passenger side wheel center cap off and now my brand new 2019 Tacoma looks jank.
AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road, can I get that back please...?
I had a great experience with first-time car buying at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. The staff was super attentive to my needs and they were completely transparent about the features of each vehicle I inquired about. This location has a great fleet of vehicles of all models and all different options - I am so glad I went here the purchase of my first new car!
Had an absolutely AMAZING experience!!! My service advisor Jay J. was very professional and gave top notch service. My appointment was at 9am and I was in and out before 10am. Highly recommend!!!
If you ever come to Thornton Rd Toyota, tell Kaseem I sent you! He s one of the best sales associates and he doesn t haggle you into getting a car. The financing team are great and they work hard to find the best rate that works for you!
Poor customer service. I bought a car that immediately had problems the next morning and they tried to tell me they would charge me to look at it. Then my tags never came and they transferred me 16 times within an eight hour period to be told that I needed to take off work to go to the tag office for an extension when they waited a month to send the DMV my paperwork! Idiots. I work and have 3 kids and can t afford to drive around without a tag!
