They'll sale you dreams to get you into a car just for a sale. One time i got my car serviced there they left one of my lug nuts off my wheel, one time i paid for a oil change and tire rotation and they only gave me a oil change I had to come back to get the remaining balance of my money they gave me the run around for that, and do not leave anything valuable in your car because they steal there and the managers will not help you get your valuables back.

My salesman was Lou. Lou was fantastic. He did not hassle me with calling. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Limited. AutoNation met my price that I was expecting to pay. Everyone was very courteous. Everyone was very professional. I would recommend them.

Like many people I did not drive much during the pandemic because I worked from home so I had not had my vehicle serviced from December 2019 until March 2021. When I returned for service in March 2021 I began working with Debbie. I am very pleased with my experience working with Debbie, she does a great job; she communicating with me and provides excellent customer service. Over the years I have encountered quite a bit of turnover particularly with the service advisors however over my last two visits working with Debbie I am very pleased and looking forward to working with her.

My advisor, Robert Pryor, was answering all my questions with patient and was clear at every moment. I would give it 5 stars but the long wait time make it a 4-star review. I would return to this dealer and choose the same advisor.

Today my mother bought a car from here and Justin was our service rep. This guy was more than helpful and I'm sure he is the most Knowledgeable rep there is. Not to mention not once did he pressure to buy. He was the reason my mother felt so comfortable to buy and we greatly appreciate that. As well as Chris b, he sold my wife a car 8 months ago, remembered my face and helped with the paperwork. I believe my next vehicle will come from here with the help of these two gentlemen.

Out experience was extremely poor and I DO NOT recommend purchasing a used car from this dealer. We exercised their 5 day no questions asked return policy, returning a car within 48 hours. After turning over the keys we were told all deposited monies were immediately refunded and the deal was cancelled. Not true! When we tried to get another car financed through the same bank we were declined because the Auto Nation Toyota loan still showed active. FIVE DAYS LATRR WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR DEPOSIT. Management at this location is rude and customer service was poor!

I brought in my vehicle last week to have a seat belt and tires checked. I dropped off the vehicle at 11:30am. I walked over to sales to allow times for the car to be serviced. I came back to the service center at 2:30 to get an update as I had not been called or contacted re: any issues. I had someone come and get me to allow additional time for the car to be serviced and I had to call the dealership myself around 5pm to check the status or see if there was anything wrong with my vehicle. I was then told that my contact number was recorded incorrectly and that the service person had called and emailed me (he emailed me 8 minutes before I contacted the dealership), but that my seat belt was fine and my tire had a SLOW LEAK. There was no apology for the slow service or for the fact that it took them 5 hours to even contact me regarding my car's needs. The rep told me that the tire leak was so slow that it didn't seem to need immediate attention but that if I wanted it plugged, I would need to wait an additional 45 minutes and pay. I get to the dealership at almost 6 and was told that I had an actual NAIL in my tire. I checked my email and he never mentioned a nail in the tire there either. So I now have to wait ANOTHER hour to have my tire patch. Had I been told correctly in the first place, I would have requested a patch before I rushed back to the dealership on hour 7 of my car being in the service center. Horrible service! I have been getting my cars serviced here for at least 9 or 10 years and this was definitely an unacceptable experience!

I was shopping online for a new 2020 Tacoma. Found...

I was shopping online for a new 2020 Tacoma. Found the one that was what I was looking for and the online price was okay for the truck. However, when I arrived the price online was different from what was on the truck. They had add $10,000 in upgrades and did not list them on their website nor did the price reflect these changes. I drove far out of my way to visit their showroom.

The salesman look at the internet price on my phone and told me they could honor that price. After two hours of them doing whatever they were doing he brought his sales manager over and they proceeded to tell me they could not match the internet price. So of course they want to waste more of my time so they tell me they are going to see what they can do. They came back only about $1,000 off. So I marked up the sales sheet with what works for me and they let me walk out.

They are doing some shady business here. The general manager sent me an email to see how my service was. He never got back to about my experience. Worst customer service ever! I'm considering contacting a lawyer about their false online advertising.

The experience at this Toyota location seems to depend on who you get as your service Rep. Sometimes you will get a one star and on a rare occasion you will get a Five Star. I was fortunate to get Tanisha on this last trip. She gets Five Star? My Tundra had a problem with the Smog Pump, and Toyota, on a previous visit gave me a quote of $2,700 to fix it. After failing to find another shop to do the repairs, after spending $1,600 on failed attempts, one month later, I decided to let Toyota fix it. Only this time I was given a different quote. Turns out the Problem was under warranty, and Tanisha was the only to discover this, else I would have been out $4300 on the warrantied repair.

When I went to this dealership the first time I needed an oil change, I called ahead and they said they could squeeze me in that day. I had my toddler with me so I asked what the wait time would be and they said about 45 minutes to an hour. We came in and THREE HOURS LATER left with an oil change and a bad taste in my mouth. I assumed some of the fault though because I made a last minute appointment. I assumed it was just a fluke and that I should just plan better next time.

When I went in last week I had an appointment set in advance and was told the same time frame. I showed up 10 minutes before my 10am appointment time and still left THREE HOURS LATER at 1pm. This time the people who waited on my were very personable. There was a new guy there ( I think his name is Chris) and he suggested I take my daughter to the play area in the dealership. I did and she had a blast. While I waited a very sweet girl (Zenobia I think) talked to me about upgrading to a larger vehicle since I have a new baby on the way.

Both staff members were accommodating and friendly, but Three hours is an unreasonable time frame for that type of issue. Beyond that, every other Toyota service department I have ever serviced my car at has washed it. You;d think that in 3 hours someone would have time to hose the thing down.
Then they had the nerve to call me on the same day asking me to set up my next service appointment. While the staff has always been perfectly professional, someone higher up is mismanaging this location. They are overbooked. The waiting area is kind of grimy. They appear to have little respect for client's schedules and feel free to lie about time frames. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I dont intend to ever go back.

They made a great offer on the current car I was driving and made our decision really easy. One of the best car shopping experiences I've had. Mohamed and Dwight were great to work with.

AutoNation @ Thornton definitely takes care of their customers. I knew what I wanted when I came in and recieved EXACTLY THAT! William McNiece worked with me to make sure I got a car with all the accesories that I wanted and got me a great price. I spent less time at the dealership than I do at the grocery store. I noticed a few scratches on the vehicle when I got it home & William texted me back immediately and is in the process of getting it fixed for me and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a great reliable vehicle this is the place to go ! & ask for William :)

We've had our car serviced here on several occasions and have experienced absurd wait-times for routine maintenance almost every time. Most recently I went in for an oil change, air filter replacement and tire rotation - I waited nearly three hours total after discovering that my car had been sitting in their lot for an hour and a half. Why did I even bother to make an appointment if the car is just going to sit there? Or perhaps the question should be why am I coming here for service at all? Do not recommend.

Taking your car in for service is usually like going to the dentist...painful and expensive! Well, that surely wasn't my visit yesterday. I bought a 2019 Toyota Camry on 24May2019 at this location from Alex Jones. I noticed the next day and text messaged Alex about this issue with the black panels on my doors being damaged, and was told to bring my car in to have them replaced. I made an appointment thinking this would be taken care of same day, but I was told hours later they had to order the parts and that it was a cleaning chemical used when they were cleaning the vehicle for me after my sale. So, I receive a call from Cory saying the parts have arrived and it would take about 30 minutes to replace, and so I made another appointment to have them replaced. Well, hours pass again, and I finally receive a call from a manager saying that it will take 6 hours per door for them to be replaced. This was on Saturday, 28Jun2019. I was told by this manager (I do not remember his name) that since I had already wasted 2 days (I live over an hour away and was told I had to go to this location since it is where my warranty is) that I would be called Monday 01Jul2019 about setting up an appointment to have my car picked up at my job and brought back same day. Well, I have yet to receive this call and it is now 08Jul2019. This is awful customer service and wish I would have never purchased this vehicle from this dealership. I do not recommend anyone to go here that wants good service. I am very disappointed and do not even know what to do next because I have wasted so much time on hold on phone calls, driving to the dealer, waiting for them to only tell me the work cannot be done twice now, so it is really not fair as a customer. Also, they need to train their staff on how to clean a car properly so this would have never occurred in the first place. So many levels of incompetence!!! See photos for the damage they did to my brand new car!

This was the best experience purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had. Terence made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered, never felt rushed or pushed. Answered every question, and ultimately negotiated a great deal on a beautiful Tacoma for me. Terence's presents is exactly how I would want every car buying experience to go. I can't thank the team enough for the complete experience. A side note, I purchased from this dealership 3 years ago, and the service team is stellar.

I recently purchased a car from Autonation Toyota and could not be happier with my experience. My salesperson, Junior Vallejo, could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. I came to the dealership to look at a specific car that I saw online and Junior showed me what I wanted to see, he was not at all pushy and did not try to put me into a car that was out of my price range. He respected my budget and wishes to stay away from financing. I am a younger women and a few of the other dealerships I have gone to in the past have tried to take advance of that, however the entire staff at Autonation Toyota was extremely friendly and respectful. The buying process was extremely easy and not at all stressful, my soon to be new car was even detailed one last time and filled up with gas before I took it home. If you are looking for a new car definitely check out Autonation Toyota and ask for Junior because he is the bomb. Seriously, do it.

Horrible! I only gave 1 star b/c I could not give 0. I purchased my Toyota CHR from this location 11/20/18. I worked with Brianna and she was cool. However, the manager Kelvin is a liar! Prior to signing for the car Kelvin told me the Toyota CHR XLE 2019 came with remote start. My choices were btwn this and the 2018 Honda Civic. The Honda had amazing features but, I really wanted the Toyota considering I was a previous Toyota owner. I recently had an accident b/c someone ran a red light. I had my Toyota almost 10 yrs and no car note for about 4 yrs. The CHR is different so I was interested. The day before purchase Brianna showed me the XLE b/c I wanted features like the Honda Civic and she said she believed the car had remote start but would confirm since I asked about it. The following day I spoke with the manager Kelvin (in which I had several other interactions with him already) as he assured me the car came with remote start. I specifically asked him, "If I am in the home and I want to start up my car will it do it?" He said, "Yes, the car has everything you need including this light on the ground that says CHR." Brianna and Kelvin asked me several times as to what I wanted and I told them I wanted most of the feats if not all like the Honda. I mainly wanted the remote start and push to start since I am getting a new car and Honda offers these feats in their standard vehicles. The day of purchase Brianna told me she would see what can be done with the remote start when I noticed the car did not have it! I told her Kelvin assured me that the car came with it. She informed she would look into it while I went to financing. I signed the paperwork that night b/c I did not think it would be an issue b/c they had been good so far. I later find out Kelvin had been telling Brianna he never told me such a thing. Brianna called me as a follow-up the other day and tells me Kelvin denied what he told me about the remote start. Brianna also researched the info by getting with one of her colleagues and they informed her the car does come with remote start but it is in the next trim (Limited) and that it would be an increase of $5k but that it would also include other feats. I confirmed with Brianna that I was trying to stay w/in a certain budget as I just purchased a home and did not need my payments higher than what we agreed on. I reached out today 11/27/18 to Brianna to confirm if Kelvin would be willing to do anything due to the misinformation he provided and if I decided to return the car how long did I have. She told me I could not return on a new car. Kelvin calls me on the phone to pretty much argue stating he did not say the car had remote start. Really? So now I am just making stuff up? Oh okay. I told him he must did not understand what I was asking although I specifically asked "If it is cold outside and I am in the house can I start up the car" and he said, "Yes." I already told him I am not a person to try to get over or would even lie about something like this. This is a car that I am purchasing guy. Like seriously? I do know what he assured me about the CHR XLE I was going to purchase. Calvin, my mother's husband was there when he said it! Keep in mind he is a manager and tells me over the phone there is nothing he can do. So we hang up. Really? He is a manager? He did not offer any incentive(s) or did not have any remorse for his lie! Okay. Well, what I can offer is not refer anyone to this location. The RAV 4 my mother and Calvin were going to purchase at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Rd you can forget that! Oh no! I am more so mad he is not taking accountability or ownership of the situation from what he said. I will NOT refer anyone to this location if managers are not knowledgeable about their product(s), don't care about what they say to close the sale, and/or do not put the customer first when you don't even remember what you said. Bad business! If you want to risk being lied to do not get your car here. Lesson learned. Corporate.

I bought a 2018 Camry from this group about four m...

I bought a 2018 Camry from this group about four months ago and it was a very pleasant experience. They took good care of me and even when I had a hard time making the choice to trade my truck in, they were patient and did everything they could to sweeten the deal.

Four months later, a chip in my windshield (that was there when I bought the car) started spidering and the whole windshield was shot.

We had an agreement that they would fix the windshield when I bought the car. They followed through and filled the chip within a week of purchase.

So I called them upend spoke with Winston, and explained that their fix didn t last, and he asked me to come in so he could take a look.

Within a few minutes of inspecting it, Winston offered to cut me a check for about 75 % of the price I was quoted to fix it.

I felt like this was a fair offer and I accepted.

Obviously having a cracked windshield is not a pleasant experience, but As soon as I made contact with Winston, he made sure to make it right.

I would definitely recommend this dealership, and when I upgrade to the newer model next year I will be coming back to this dealership.

Good business makes for loyal customers, and
Autonation Toyota, and Winston, are an excellent case in point.

Dealership is not bad, prices are ok but can be lower. There is plenty more dealerships in this area and they should make better efforts if they want to get business. My experince with the sales person Gary Escoto was awful. He is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He was making comments about my personal life, like if we are buddies. He thinks that he knows everything. As soon as he saw that I know what I am talking about and when I told him that I am declining his offer he just walked away annoyed without saying anything. He has no manners and his people skills are equal to zero. He wasted my time for nothing. This dealership lost my business just because of him. They should really consider if they should keep him working there.

Little has progressed well since the purchase. Numerous calls went unreturned. Only when I Worley a critical review did I get a couple of issues resolved. A third, requiring body work, has not been resolved despite assurances and several more unanswered calls. I wish bad reviews were necessary to get things done but that s AutoNation s apparent way of dealing with customer dissatisfaction.

Threaten, Belittled and Embarrassed by Key Employee!

I am writing this on behalf of my mother as to advise everyone of some of the business practices that key employees are and have engaged in at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. This incident took place on May 7, 2017.

Mom came to the dealership in hopes to speak with the finance department personnel to better understand and hopefully resolve some concerns she had regarding the gap policy she opted in through this location upon purchase of her vehicle, particularly as she needed to consider this option following a recent car accident that totaled her vehicle. After speaking with Mr. Daniel Feliciano from the Finance Department, he explained that she elected to buy the additional insurance but someone in his department made a mistake, and as a result she did not have an active gap policy. She was told that there was nothing else that could be done. Disappointed and confused she left his office. After reviewing her contract and receiving advice from her lawyer, she was advised to go back to Mr. Felliciano and obtain contact information for AutoNation Toyota s general manager and the legal department so she could contact someone who would be more equipped to understand the legal implications of the matter. Shortly after leaving Mr. Felliciano s office, she went back to the finance department and was received by TIM HACKNEY --- Customer Financial Services Director. When she requested that he provide your contact information he refused to do so. He told her that everything had to go through him. When she made the request again, he became very HOSTILE and AGGRESSIVE towards her. He began raising his voice and displayed the utmost contempt for her. He then THREATEN to boot her vehicle if she did not leave the premises. It is important to note that he did all of this in front of his employees, and very likely, other customers. Not one of the employees came to her rescue, in fact, all were too embarrassed to even look at her when she approached them for a second opinion.

My mom felt so threatened by Mr. Hackney s behavior she contemplated calling the police to the scene, but decided against it, and left the premises. She was so distraught by this incident that for days she felt fear, embarrassment, and sadness.

To this day, she's yet to be contacted by anybody from AutoNation Toyota. She never received a formal apology about the gap insurance or the way she was treated by Mr. Hackney on May 7, 2017. We believe she deserves one.

SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP and DO NOT go to this Toyota location for your vehicle needs. Following this incident, I read numerous reviews about the unprofessional behavior witnessed at this location.

My experience at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road was exceptional. I walked in on Monday, January 20, 2020 without an appointment and walked or should I say drove out in my new 2020 Camry. I was teamed up with auto specialist Ms. Jayda , who provided exceptional service from the beginning to the very end of my car buying experience.

Nikiya and Colin were really professional and wonderful to deal with. I was about to give up, getting really high quotes even when lease specials were publicized, but this team immediately gave me a better quote (MUCH better) and went straight for the straight goods, great deal on a lease without the nonsense I experience with other dealerships. When I bought my car the experience was good, how...

When I bought my car the experience was good, however when I had to bring it back for a recall part everything changed. I brought it into the service center and though two service people were free joyously talking I had to wait for someone else to help me when they were finished helping other customers. The software update was done and it was clear there was no test drive done because when I drove it the problem still existed. I had to bring it back again and the torque converter had to be changed. When I went to pickup my car the service manager went to check on the readiness of my car. He took my keys and paperwork. When he came back he told me it was ready and walked me to a car that was not mines. He left again in search for my car and eventually found it. I'm back a, three time because the car runs fine but it now makes an annoying sound when I start or stop. Called the service manager to inquire about this matter, about 4 days ago, but no response. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone especially, a female, because each time I got that it's all in your head attitude.

My overall experience is being rated as a 3. The service department provided timely service, however they did not do a good job of following up with me (in regards to confirming/advising if the parts were covered by the warranty and if/when the parts were ordered). I left 3 messages and only one call was returned. I called maybe a total of 5x. I quickly learned I d have to continue to follow up daily if I wanted my car serviced timely. I would encourage everyone to set an appointment prior to going in, they got that part right!

Recently came in for a service appointment due to a recall on my 4runner. Debbie Freeman was a pleasure to work with. I brought my 8month old daughter with me & Debbie was a huge help, she ensured our time there was at a minimum. It is so hard to find decent Customer Care now days & I was afraid my visit there would be chaos. Thanks, to Debbie we were taken to get a rental & every thing went so smooth! She even had another Service Rep bring my car around so I didn't have to carry my daughter & the car seat with all of our belongs across the parking lot. Thank you so much for taking care of us!
