The best car buying experience I have ever had. With quick, friendly service, no pressure and well informed. Nice play area for kids. David Howard was the best salesman I have ever worked with. I would keep coming back here for any other vehicle purchases.

Was told to contact a general manager about a rip off tune up price charged to me that differed wildly from the quote I got on the phone. The phone number provided just led to the generic phone line that no one answers. Left it ringing for 10 minutes. How about a direct phone number so I can actually speak to someone to fix my issue?

We have been customers at AutoNation for many years and have always been pleased with the service we receive there. Our Customer Service Representative from our most recent visit in Jan 2018 Jerome went above and beyond to provide excellent Customer Service. We appreciated how he kept us informed throughout the service process including upfront pricing so that there were no surprises, and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this location.

I went there to buy my son a car to drive to college, not only did I get more car than we wanted be had a great experience, everything went better than we expected, Stanley called and said he had gotten us a better interest rate and that was a blessing, our salesman, Kamone was very professional and a gentleman all the way. Thanks again to AutoNation Toyota and all the team there I would recommend them to anyone for a great car buying experience.

The sales consultant thats african name Mamadu Balde is a snake forreal....He presented himself to be "very nice,sophisticated,and business like" and offered "other things" to me to help me but when I wouldnt do what he wanted and give him what he wanted his true colors came out and his attitude is very mean,ugly,and distasteful too...I dont know why this company just hires people based off of "their surface and face value" for this sales consultant is horrible,terrible,and should not be working here. He's lucky I didnt do the unthinkable to him with the ways he came at me......

I had an appointment to have the oil changed and tired rotated on Friday 8/10/18. My appointment was for 10:30 that morning and I arrived at 10:00. I finally left around 1:35 after waiting for three hours. My car had been done for roughly 45 minutes before i was called to check out. My tires needed air and the service department didn't think to add air when they rotated my tires and also failed to put the window sticker on my windshield showing when my next oil change is due.

I have used this dealership for the past three years to have my car serviced and this was by the worse service I have ever experienced. If not for a company car and being close to my home, I would take my car to another dealership to be serviced.

Even under the pressures of negotiating, their team always kept their cool and made us feel warm and welcome. They are extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. You do not find this kind of professionalism and customer service these days. I have never been able to purchase a car and be driving it home in under 4 hours. Will never have to look elsewhere.

I did arrive a few minutes before my appointment- but I waited for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence in the service lane while several others were checked in around me and then was asked if I could wait more time. Unfortunately I could not wait as I had to get back to work. After that though everything went very well. The check in and diagnostic went smoothly by text message and everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. The texting system worked well throughout the day as my job keeps me on the phone, so calling is harder. I did answer one call - but it was a salesman trying to get me to trade my car in and buy a new one. Honestly it took too long for him to hear the word no. My car was finished when promised and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely return.

The people at autonation ( Winston and Kevin) went...

The people at autonation ( Winston and Kevin) went above and beyond my expectations. In how diligently they were to get me the best rate and the best deal. This was my second time doing business with them. And I am wellpleased with how I was treated. They treated me with respect and they were patient with me until I found the Tundra. I looked at three different vehicles before I selected the Tundra 4x4 xsp package. And to top it off I am walking into the deal with a lot of equity in the vehicle. I am grateful to God for Winston And Kevin. I recommend that you ask for both of them the next you are in the market for a new vehicle. Winston is behind the desk as the sales manager and Kevin in sales. They have truly blessed me and I am so thankful to God for the both of them they made my experience one that I will always cherish. And the truck is great too. Thank you Automation Thornton Road you truly blessed me and I will be back when shopping for a new vehicle. Great experience .

She was able to work with my credit issues and made this very stressful experience very smooth and easy . She assisted and explained every step and even gave great and honest advice ! It didn't feel like I was buying a car from a salesperson but more so a friend that understood my situation and was willing to help. Best car buying experience EVER! Way to go Z. Some animals chewed through my soy-based wires and was causing me engine problems so I had it towed here. I literally had maybe an hour and a half to make it to work. DANIEL was amazing (I already filled out the review). He was polite and checked me in quickly. THEY are much classier than the service advisors at Stonecrest Nalley. They actually respect women here.

This will be my new home to get my service done or if I trade in my car.

Auto Nation worked tirelessly to assist me in getting into the new car. They were very informative, and I learned things about leasing I didn't understand making my leasing experience more in line with my needs.
They were willing to get me the color I wanted, which by the way was in another city. My sells person Ollie was delightful.

Took car back came out and informed me they were going to give it the full synthetic oil change with the 40,000 mile check up. Came and told me my car was ready in about 35-45 minutes. In and out. My husband and I had recently purchased a used 2010 SRX with 63,000 miles from Capital Cadillac in March 2015; we were paying almost $28,000 for the SRX. The SRX malfunctioned 30 days after purchase, then again 3 days after we got it out of the shop. The SRX is still in the shop and Capital Cadillac in Smyrna, GA has not done anything to rectify our situation. Still in need of a vehicle, my husband and I went to AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Rd. We knew we need an excellent salesman who would be understanding to our situation. God led us to Melvin Arnum. Melvin listened and was very sympathetic to our situation and needs. He was the best. He really worked hard on our behalf to get me the best deal. We test drove 3 vehicles and looked at several. In the end, we purchased a 2015 Toyota Venza XLT off the showroom floor. We are so happy with the vehicle and the price Melvin worked so hard to get for us. I went from feeling unsafe and sad in the SRX from Capital Cadillac to feeling completely safe and happy in my new Toyota Venza. For the most part, I have all the same; but better features in the Venza as I had in the SRX, and paying $70.00 per month more (WOW)!!! Really, there is no comparison. We know we could not have done better at any other dealership and definitely couldn't have found a better salesman than Melvin Arnum. The entire staff a AutoNation, including Colllin (finance) and the Manager who finalized the sales price; they were awesome. They worked as a team to get us the vehicle we wanted; not something we had to settle for. Stay clear of Capital Cadillac in Smyrna, GA and run to AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Rd. and ask for Melvin Arnum; tell him Mary Woody sent you :) Buyer Beware of fancy dealerships like Capital Cadillac in Smyrna, GA :(

The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that the finance guy kept trying to sell the extended warranty even after we said no several times. We were tired (after work on a week night) and just wanted to finish the deal. Anytime someone says, "I'm not trying to do a hard sale" guess what? They're doing a hard sale.

Buying a car can be one of the most frustrating experiences ever... However, Vincent Searcy and AutoNation Toyota made buying my new Highlander almost fun. The good news was, I had narrowed it down to the 4Runner or the Highlander. Multiple trips to evaluate/drive the cars were met with patience and assistance by Vincent and/or William. I joked that they were "Tag Teaming" me, but in a good way. If one was out or busy, the other helped and answered my questions. Once I got down to those two choices I brought in the boss lady (wife) and together we decided on the Highlander. So far we are enjoying it. In a couple of days I get to take it on a road trip and, with my long legs, that will be a good test of our decision.
Thanks to the whole AutoNation Toyota team (sales, management, and finance) for easing the pain of car buying.

The service was satisfactory, but having to sit in a waiting area and listen to TV stations that only offered totally one side liberal ranting concerning politics was nauseating. It appears this dealership is more interested in swaying folks towards their one sided political agenda than selling or repairing automobiles

They didn't have enough inventory due to COVID-19. They are pretty big dealership and have nice and friendly people. However, they have typical old school sale system. They like to go back and forth with their price. Not a big fan of that sales strategy.

Service department needs a serious overhaul. I made an appt for this past Saturday for 12:00. I arrived at 11:30 and the waiting room looked like the airport during a blizzard- FULL of waiting people who looked miserable and as if they had been there for days. It then took almost an HOUR for my "Adviser" to check me in. This is an incredibly stupid process, as seeing there were other "Advisers" available, but no, only the one that you are assigned to can check you in. So I am finally checked in at 12:18 and I ask how long will it take. (This was an airbag recall. I confirmed when I made appt that part was in stock.) Adviser said it would probably be ready 3:30-4:00, that someone would call me.
It is now MONDAY at 10:20 and I have not been contacted by anyone. I am sitting here on the phone- currently at 8:45 minutes waiting to find out about my car. They tried to tell me that the part was not in stock and I told them no way, I sat on hold last week 10 minutes while they confirmed that the part IS in stock. VERY unhappy. Oh, and I am STILL on hold! Toyota Corporate will be hearing about this. (Still holding at 11 minutes.... more time to type bad reviews.)

Great experience with the Thornton road Autonation dealership. I had messaged a salesman Maxwell back in July of 2020. Told him I d be interested in a Camry in a few months and he told me to let him know when i was ready and he would have me a brand new Camry. He wasn t lying. I ended up waiting longer than expected and messaged him on Feb 16, 2021 which was a Tuesday. Did some talking over the phone. Showed him a Camry i liked on their website. That following Friday, i was driving off the lot in a brand new 2021 Camry SE as a surprise for my wife. Awesome service, awesome staff, awesome vehicles and Very respectful. I told Maxwell exactly what i wanted and what i could afford, and he made it happen. If ANYBODY is looking for a Toyota, i highly recommend this dealership and HIGHLY recommend asking for Maxwell when you arrive.

There is a Toyota dealership closer to me, but my truck only goes to AutoNation.

The whole team was courteous, respectful, and went out of there way to my family happy. I would recommend AutoNation to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Can't really leave a review because I could never get the service department to answer the phone to set up a service appointment. After trying over and over it just sent me back to the menu. How annoying is that. It could have at least given me the opportunity for a call back. I now have to drive a little bit further, but a competing dealership service department answered first try!

Sorry Auto Nation, new to the area and you lost a good customer for service and possible trade.

In the past I ve had a good experience with the service dept, but this time, it was clear they were not prepared to re-open. I ll only highlight primary concerns. 1) Since I fall in the high-risk category for Covid19, made the earliest appointment available (I arrived at 8:17AM); however, I did not leave until after 11AM. 2) Observably, there were no demarcations for distancing. Although some in the waiting area left a chair between themselves and the next person, clearly the number of individuals waiting did not allow for safe distancing. Since the waiting-room seemed like a Petri dish, I chose to remain outside at one of the many pick-nick tables on the property. Until that too soon filled with individuals seeking a place to sit while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. 3) The gentleman who, handled my keys and paper work, checked me out did not wear mask nor gloves. 4) There wasn t an alternative offered.in place for signing, i.e., a sign-less system implemented (akin to some other businesses) to protect clients (thank goodness, I wore a mask and gloves). 5) In the past, there were protective paper mats and protective paper seat covering in driver s seat used by service my vehicle; none were used this time. My vehicle was serviced, but because of the aforementioned concerns, I rate this service experience basic.

I've always liked bringing my car here. The time might be a little lengthy, as with most places that do a good job, but not having to return because of the same problem makes the wait worth it. I had my brakes done at Pep Boys, first time I took my car anywhere besides Toyota, and I had to go back 9 times and they still didn't get it right. What they did do though was give me a refund without me requesting it. It seems that Thornton Road has fixed the problem, hopefully the noise doesn't return. I'm also impressed with that twenty five percent off on all service jobs until May 17th. My bill went from 461.00 to 334.00. We can all use a break right now so Thanks Thornton Road Toyota!!

I had a great experience at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. My first Toyota Corolla is 16 years old, runs well, but I felt the time was right to get a new one, while still keeping my '98 Corolla as a second car. I'd spent about two weeks researching the new Corolla LE that I wanted and narrowed it down between 3 locations that all ranked high with customer experiences. I went to one dealership off of Peachtree Industrial Blvd. and test drove the car that I wanted. Once they showed me their final price, they were $1,200 over the final price Colin had already provided for me. The only way this other dealership could match the AutoNation price was to show me another car a step down. Really!? So, it's just like the commercials, "This is a Toyota, this is a AutoNation Toyota". Same car, why pay more.
