WARNING! Don't make the same mistake I did by giving these people your hard earned money! I bought a 2016 certified pre owned Toyota Corolla from AutoNation Thornton Road in June 2017. By November the paint was chipping on the front bumper. A mechanic friend of mine said it appeared the car had been wrecked and the paint job was poorly done. I spoke with Corey who was a manager and he assured me it would be taken care of by the repair team. I arrived at the dealership and waited 45, only to have Corey tell me they refused to repair the damage. I asked to speak to the General Manager and I was told he would be on a conference all indefinitely. I asked for the name and contact information of the Regional Director and was told by Corey he had no idea how to get that information. Then he have me a contact number for the General Manager that does nothing but ring, no voicemail is offered and then the call is terminated. I called the dealership and finally got the GM's voicemail and 6 days later.....I'm still waiting for a response. Worst customer service experience of my life! RUN AWAY when you see this place!
