I m sorry I have to give them 2 stars. My service representative, Debbie was excellent no issues. However my actual oil change was not fully complete.I went for an oil change in late February. Then got my tires at Sam s one week later. The representative at Sam s told me my battery was corroded and that he was shocked that my car started. Why didn t AutoNation tell me this or just clean it off? I spent 79 bucks for an oil change that is NOT good customer service. What did I pay for? I thought they check under the hood to check fluids, battery etc. very disappointed and this is where I brought my car 4 years ago. I would like an explanation. Upset customer.
