I walked into Autoflex at 945am on Saturday. I explained to Gabe what I had to put down, what my ideal payment was, and the type of vehicle I was looking for (7 seat SUV 3 yrs old). I was done with everything before 12:00pm and my 2011 Honda Pilot was delivered to my home by 3:00pm that day. Best car experience I have ever had. Dealing with Gary Michael Van Zant was as smooth and easy as I could've imagined. I had low expectations being able to get into a new car due to my bad credit, but I was able to get the SUV my wife wanted. He even drove the new car to my house so my wife didn't have to get our newborn out to a dealership and finished the paperwork there. Who does that? Our experience at Autoflex Leasing was great. I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, called for a salesman and Stan was great and the finance approval process was very quick. While at the dealership, we had a very tight deadline and were able to test drive the vehicle and get all paperwork done and out the door within 40 minutes so we could make it to a soccer game on time!

Well I had taken my previous leased vehicle in for routine maintenance and ended up taking a test drive and thought let s look into getting a new truck. Well the dealership was not able to get an acceptable deal done for me so I was pretty bummed. Then I thought wait a second the Autoflex is who has taken care of me before so I gave them a call and Daniel Long was the agent the put me in contact with. I told him what I was looking for and that I wanted all the same equipment of my 2018 Ram but to have all the new nice features of the 2020 Ram. He searched high and low all over the metroplex and found the perfect 2020 Ram Laramie for me and my family and we absolutely love the TRUCK and the experience was smooth, easy, and painless. Who wants to drive around from dealership to dealership trying to find a vehicle when you can do everything over the phone and internet to get the deal taken care of. This makes vehicle number 4 for my family in the past 9 years. We are very happy and pleased with the excellent 5 star customer service we have received and will definitely continue to do business with Daniel and Autoflex!!

I've known about Autoflex Leasing for almost 20 years, but I just recently decided to use them when my lease was coming due. This was far and away the easiest car transaction that I have ever completed. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone covering two calls, and it took about an additional 20 minutes to complete the paperwork and test drive the vehicle. I got a great deal on my new vehicle, and they helped me take car of the negative equity on my old one. Why did I wait so long? Don't make the same mistake.

Arch at AutoFlex was awesome! I had (in my opinion) a complex situation with a dead car with negative equity to trade in - but Arch made this process a breeze and got me the car I wanted within the budget I needed to stay within.

My experience at autoflex was a great experience the the salesman skip help me get car that I needed he did not stop working he kept at it on getting me that car unlike other salesmen from other car dealership they dropped the ball this is a real good place to go to get a car.

He was comitted to first seeing if they could assist me in financing my car. I have never left a review, however this one is well deserved!! Hands down one of the Best decisions I've made for my life within the last yr. The Purchase of my very first car!! Coming from dealing w/over 3 different tote to note Crabby car sales rip offs, paid cars off w/o a single report to ANY OF my creditors over the years, buying 's never truly having titles because every other lot had shaddy sales ppl and no legit bill of sales etc, to finding AutoFlex was a true blessing. I came in randomly after my car engine went out. A single mother working a decent job however check to check w/a small amount in my savings. I'd passed by Autoflex over the months being new to the area and would always admire the cars! Never considered actually stopping only admired from a far ( you know) expecting to be turned away, since the lineup of merely Luxury! Well as my luck or I should say my unlucky would have it came to where I had to entertain the visit even though I New they had nothing nor couldn't do anything for my delicate situation.
However couldn't have been more wrong Went in w/ little to NO credit and was able to drive away in a low Extreme low mileage and that reports my payments to all my creditors! Aside from the car AutoFlex truly made a difference in my life! Not only was my Sales Rep "Mike Jones" (Yes his real name!) helpful from beginning to end, he actually explained the benefits of my purchase and how this would establish my credit and car buying experience in the future. Shout out to "Mike Jones" he's the best, beyond professional, not about the dollar but truly about you and your situation and what will benefit you! My apologies for the long thread I just had to be sure to give an honest and truthful account of my experience and hopefully it will help someone w/ their life altering decisions. When I needed a vehicle for my daughter, we had already decided that a small truck would be a great fit. However, small trucks in good condition are hard to find so I called Jodie Lott. I have worked with Jodie on three other vehicles including a Maxima that I am leasing now. Within a few days, Jodie had identified a lease return vehicle that was in great condition and at a lower cost than I had seen advertised by used car dealers. When we picked up the vehicle it was impeccably clean. Jodie quickly took care of a few minor issues that were ordinary used car wear items. My daughter loves her Nissan Frontier and has commented many time about how nice and helpful Jodie was as she looked over her first vehicle. I have purchased / leased many cars in my lifetime and I have never encountered anyone better with which to work.

Worked with Lee A on this car purchase as we have been previous Autoflex customers. My initial contact at Autoflex was with Alice. As a former auto sales/finance professional myself, it was refreshing to see another woman in a Male-dominated space. I was hoping I'd work with her the whole way through. However, my interaction with her was very limited. She seemed very rushed and quite frankly, uninterested in my deal. She never showed me a vehicle. In fact, she left me to work with another customer while handing me off to a gentleman named, Steven. I am glad she did because from the first handshake, Steve's service was world class. I applaud his attention to detail but most importantly, he is an avid active listener. He understood my needs as a customer and took the time to find the right fit for me. He was patient, kind and genuinely personable. In my opinion, he should never be referred to as a sales man or "finance guy". He is truly a consultant. After having had bad experiences with previous car dealers, I am happy to report that working with Gabriella has been a great experience. So you take your trade to this place, they look at it, tell you they will get right on it and never call you back. A week later the internet sales manager emails you wondering how they lost your business. Call and explain to him no one ever contacted you and he tells you he will contact you by end of the business day. Yea, nothing. I don't know where these folks get their business practices but a call, e-mail anything is customary and considerate or so I thought.

My wife and I did a lease with this companies. We ask for a 3 years lease and we got a 5 years lease; I know is my fault because I did not pay attention to those details before I sign them. After I got my car, tires had a bad shape and I told them. My lease agent told be: if you need new tires please call me and I will take care of you. One year later I call him and then he calls me back with all kind of tire prices. I told him I though you are going to take care of my tires and his response was, sorry we cannot do that.
Now, my check engine light turns on and my truck sometimes feel weird. I call them again and their response was you have to take care of the problem.
This is my first lease and may be my last. If you are doing a lease to have a peace of mind, please do not use auto flex.

This was my first visit to Autoflex. I've heard their commercials for years on the radio as well as their competition, D & M leasing. I decided to contact Autoflex first and glad I did. I met with Trent and told him what I was looking for. He suggested a couple of vehicles for me to check out. After test driving both, I made my decision, Trent ran the numbers and the deal was done. Trent was great to work with. It was nice not having to meet with a sales person, then the sales manager and finally the finance manager to get the deal done. It was the shortest, painless process I have ever gone through to get a new vehicle. On top of that, my wife's vehicle had a damaged windshield that we were about to pay to get repaired. Trent took care of that as well saving us about $231!!! And the guys that did the install did a wonderful and fast job! Next time we need another vehicle, I plan to contact Trent and let him take care of us. Thanks Trent!

Bryan Roth was more than helpful and turned this into a fun journey and not just a car deal. Long story as short as possible. I got rear-ended in my old car, I was in a rental for 2 months before insurance called to say my car was totaled and gave me one week to find a car before I had to turn in the rental. I contacted another Leasing company and got the run around for 4 days. My husband suggested I look at Autoflex. From the 1st time I even looked at the website it was better than the other leasing company. I explained I was a receptionist and couldn't talk on the phone. Expecting to get the run around again and having less than 3 days to get a car at this point, I was not looking forward to the same run around. I was contacted by Bryan Roth who asked if we could text because he actually read the email and knew I would not be able to answer the phone and play phone tag from 8AM to 5PM! From the 1st contact to Autoflex, to communicating via text with Bryan, to actually meeting my new BFF Bryan, from the 1st hand shake to me driving off the lot in my Nissan Rogue, I felt totally taken care of by Bryan. He answered any and all questions within minutes no matter when I text. He had us approved before we ever arrived and worked with our budget and my needs. All of this took less than 4 days. I even waited to do this review to make sure I was not just on a "high" from getting a fancy new car. I purchased the car last month and I'm still just as happy today with everything as I was the day I drove off the lot. I have recommended Bryan to everyone and anyone that I think may need a car, looking for a car or possibly might want a car. He is not a car salesman even though he is really good at it, he is a Portfolio Manager. :)

Purchased an SUV two months ago still no registration or plates they told me would take 14 days to get registration and plates it s been 60 days with temporary plates running out lack of communication and very poor customer service would not recommend buying from these people they don t tell you the truth When you ask a question They give you the runaround.
