My wife and I did a lease with this companies. We ask for a 3 years lease and we got a 5 years lease; I know is my fault because I did not pay attention to those details before I sign them. After I got my car, tires had a bad shape and I told them. My lease agent told be: if you need new tires please call me and I will take care of you. One year later I call him and then he calls me back with all kind of tire prices. I told him I though you are going to take care of my tires and his response was, sorry we cannot do that.
Now, my check engine light turns on and my truck sometimes feel weird. I call them again and their response was you have to take care of the problem.
This is my first lease and may be my last. If you are doing a lease to have a peace of mind, please do not use auto flex.
