My initial contact at Autoflex was with Alice. As a former auto sales/finance professional myself, it was refreshing to see another woman in a Male-dominated space. I was hoping I'd work with her the whole way through. However, my interaction with her was very limited. She seemed very rushed and quite frankly, uninterested in my deal. She never showed me a vehicle. In fact, she left me to work with another customer while handing me off to a gentleman named, Steven. I am glad she did because from the first handshake, Steve's service was world class. I applaud his attention to detail but most importantly, he is an avid active listener. He understood my needs as a customer and took the time to find the right fit for me. He was patient, kind and genuinely personable. In my opinion, he should never be referred to as a sales man or "finance guy". He is truly a consultant. Steve has the sales acumen and impeccable interpersonal skills Sales Learning & Development Professionals (such as myself) dream of packaging and training others.
