I have never left a review, however this one is well deserved!! Hands down one of the Best decisions I've made for my life within the last yr. The Purchase of my very first car!! Coming from dealing w/over 3 different tote to note Crabby car sales rip offs, paid cars off w/o a single report to ANY OF my creditors over the years, buying 's never truly having titles because every other lot had shaddy sales ppl and no legit bill of sales etc, to finding AutoFlex was a true blessing. I came in randomly after my car engine went out. A single mother working a decent job however check to check w/a small amount in my savings. I'd passed by Autoflex over the months being new to the area and would always admire the cars! Never considered actually stopping only admired from a far ( you know) expecting to be turned away, since the lineup of merely Luxury! Well as my luck or I should say my unlucky would have it came to where I had to entertain the visit even though I New they had nothing nor couldn't do anything for my delicate situation.
However couldn't have been more wrong Went in w/ little to NO credit and was able to drive away in a low Extreme low mileage and that reports my payments to all my creditors! Aside from the car AutoFlex truly made a difference in my life! Not only was my Sales Rep "Mike Jones" (Yes his real name!) helpful from beginning to end, he actually explained the benefits of my purchase and how this would establish my credit and car buying experience in the future. Shout out to "Mike Jones" he's the best, beyond professional, not about the dollar but truly about you and your situation and what will benefit you! My apologies for the long thread I just had to be sure to give an honest and truthful account of my experience and hopefully it will help someone w/ their life altering decisions. Buying cars for me has always done just that! So grateful this time it was the right and best decision!
