Bryan Roth was more than helpful and turned this into a fun journey and not just a car deal. Long story as short as possible. I got rear-ended in my old car, I was in a rental for 2 months before insurance called to say my car was totaled and gave me one week to find a car before I had to turn in the rental. I contacted another Leasing company and got the run around for 4 days. My husband suggested I look at Autoflex. From the 1st time I even looked at the website it was better than the other leasing company. I explained I was a receptionist and couldn't talk on the phone. Expecting to get the run around again and having less than 3 days to get a car at this point, I was not looking forward to the same run around. I was contacted by Bryan Roth who asked if we could text because he actually read the email and knew I would not be able to answer the phone and play phone tag from 8AM to 5PM! From the 1st contact to Autoflex, to communicating via text with Bryan, to actually meeting my new BFF Bryan, from the 1st hand shake to me driving off the lot in my Nissan Rogue, I felt totally taken care of by Bryan. He answered any and all questions within minutes no matter when I text. He had us approved before we ever arrived and worked with our budget and my needs. All of this took less than 4 days. I even waited to do this review to make sure I was not just on a "high" from getting a fancy new car. I purchased the car last month and I'm still just as happy today with everything as I was the day I drove off the lot. I have recommended Bryan to everyone and anyone that I think may need a car, looking for a car or possibly might want a car. He is not a car salesman even though he is really good at it, he is a Portfolio Manager. :)
