So you take your trade to this place, they look at it, tell you they will get right on it and never call you back. A week later the internet sales manager emails you wondering how they lost your business. Call and explain to him no one ever contacted you and he tells you he will contact you by end of the business day. Yea, nothing. I don't know where these folks get their business practices but a call, e-mail anything is customary and considerate or so I thought.
