When I came today I thought it was going to be another run around you're not approved, we can't help you, ect. ect. But not with Alice Bennett she did not stop until I was approved. She did everything she could, she went above and beyond the call of duty. I would refer anyone and everyone to Alice to purchase a car. This was the best experience I ever had. Great customer service from the time I walked through the door. Auto Flex you did an awesome job when you hired Alice to join your team.

Very easy experience and got the exact car I wanted!! Jim Passmore was knowledgeable, professional, and polite and even had balloons up for me when I arrived knowing that it was my birthday, which is a great personal touch!! Highly recommended and 5 stars all the way around!! I will definitely shop again!!

I came in today very interested in a car and was wanting to take a test drive before talking finances. I was treated very poor and they would not let me test drive with out showing them my pre approved loan. Alice did not care what so ever about customer service and gave off the vibe of show me your money or i m not showing you the car. If you re looking for a car AND good service, I would not recommend.

I completely understand that I was not able to test drive the car, even though that s what i scheduled the appointment for, but it seemed as though you weren t interested in talking to me or helping me what so ever unless I had money in my hand (like i said above) It wasn t the policy or the fact I couldn t drive the car, it was the customer service that was an issue. Also seemed like you guys didn t want to take the effort to take the car down from the stand unless i was buying it immediately. Thanks for the response though.

I dreaded buying a car after my experience with Toyota of Dallas. After my severe car accident Toyota of Dallas was yet another very bad experience. So I was a little hesitant when contacted by Auto Flex Leasing. Can I say I had the most fantastic experience. AJ was a man of his word, he made my experience buying a car the best I have had. In a matter of a few hours I was driving away with a small SUV that I very much needed. Horrible experience at their used car lot. Salesman lied to us about the car being ready to see and we drove an hour and a half. They seemed shocked that we expected to come see and drive the car, though I had been speaking to Jody about it for two days. Stereotypical care dealer.

Pete is very professional. He s not a pushes salesman/car dealer, he paid attention to my details and requirements in order to make to deal happen.

I am very impress with the short period of time he was able to find the Jeep of my choice. The transition was smooth coming from Houston.

Overall I am a satisfy customer and would refer him to my friends and family.

GREAT Customer service. TERRIBLE car. Obviously it was a used car we bought but we have put $3600 into it in repairs since we bought it 4 months ago. This is a 2009 now some old beater. And the problems are stuff the mechanics I took it to found IMMEDIATELY. Make sure you get your car checked out BY SOMEBODY OTHER THEN THEIR MECHANICS.

Told them upfront I wanted to be under a certain price period was told that shouldn't be a problem we've got plenty of options period scheduled the time came out spent my day looking at the vehicles only to find out that the price is not what I said I wanted to be under. It may not seem like a lot to others but it was a difference that was larger than I wanted to deal with otherwise they were really helpful and great

My wife and I were in a bit of a situation where our existing car was costing more to maintain then what we wanted to spend. I called Jodie Lott on a Tuesday, explained the situation and the response I got was, "let's see what we can do. This is gonna be fun, brother!" Less than 24 hours later, we were in a new car. Amazing! This is now the 4th vehicle we have gotten from Autoflex and because of Jodie, we will forever come back to the dealership. Jodie takes the process of buying/leasing a car and makes it fun. His humor, enthusiasm, and passion make us want to come back time and time again. I just wish I could buy a new car from him every year. 5 stars in my book!

I called all 3 major leasing companies in the DFW area, and none of them seemed to be interested in my business. I called on a Tuesday and gave Lee Hall my information. We exchanged a few emails, and then I never heard from him again. I went to a local dealership and got the deal I wanted.

Autoflex had the auto I was looking for. Everything , except signing paper work was took care of over the phone and they gave me a very good price on my trade in.The sales man, Russell Kinny was professional and curtious. I contacted him one day and he brought me the auto, "two hour drive" the very next day. Very satisfied customer, Thank you, I will continue doing business with them.

I would never recommend anyone buy a car here. We have had our car for 2 years and now it needs a major repair, we were told we had an extended warranty, then find out the warranty was canceled 19 days after purchasing our car. Bring this to their attention and then there is another excuse. I feel we were lied to, misled and overpaid for what we've gotten. We were taken as suckers! Don't be the next one!

Dennis accepted a very challenging assignment for a purchase from end of lease done with Autoflex 4 years ago. This assignment was particularly challenging because of a unplanned car accident that required me to replace a vehicle (also done with Autoflex just one month before), and my son lost his job so that I had to purchase a vehicle for him to find work only 3 months before. I was just starting a new job and my credit had hits for the transition. This could have been a perfect storm, but with Dennis' preserverance, persistence, creativity and diligence, he got the financing from the bank that had closed the original Autoflex lease on a vehicle that I had only used for 13,000 miles, was in excellent condition, and I did not want to lose the value and equity I had preserved. He also advised me on extended warranty options for nominal monthly payment increases. The professionalism and courtesy displayed will keep me as a loyal customer, and I will also highly recommend Dennis and Autoflex to my friends. Thanks and keep up the great work. Autoflex is heads and shoulders above its competition!

I went in back in May of 2019 to trade out of my car into a truck they got my a truck just at a way higher price about $300 more a month, and felt like I was rush into buying it. I told them I was looking for something possibly cheaper, Alice told me the bank would only approve me for something around that price range if I wanted to get it. Should ve just kept my car.

I had been looking for a nice used car for about a month and was not getting anywhere. My credit is so challenged, no bank wanted to touch me. And then one day this amazing lady Alice Bennett entered into my life and gave me words of hope. She told me she was going to get me into a car, the car I really have been wanting which is a Nissan Altima. Now, I am going to be honest, this process did not happen in one day. My credit is so horrible no other bank would finance me. I waited patiently and then one day Alice called me and asked me when did I want to come and pick up my car. Shocked that she actually found a bank that would deal with me and my credit hiccups I got to AutoFlex as fast as I could. When I arrived at the dealership Alice told me to pick out the car that I wanted! That was a first for me! I d been searching for a place that dealt with people that have had a repossession and this company came up. I reached out and they told me yes we do work with people who have had repos . I also let them know it was recent and they still said they could work with me. I honestly think they just wanted my information...and as soon as they got me to feel confident, they came back and said oh you ve had a recent repossession we can t do anything for you . Mind you this was a conversation we d had right before I gave up my information.

Total waste of time and my credit took an inquiry hit for no reason. I definitely wouldn t recommend them to anyone. You re better off going to a dealership that would just require a bigger deposit, rather than saying there s nothing we can do for you . Terrible.

Alice Bennett was a great help to us when Danny Wilkerson and I walked in with no appointment to look at a truck. Alice had already test driven the truck herself, which was a great help to us, as she pointed out the features as we drove around. He followed up quickly with my requests and kept me in the loop regularly. I told him what I wanted, what I was going to be able to afford to pay per month and he took care of the rest. Do not ever purchase a car from this dealer. They will lie to make you go away and will sell you a vehicle that has manufacturer recalls that have not been serviced. They do not keep their word when something goes wrong and you have spent months trying to get them to correct it. Horrible experience and we are considering suing them for selling us a vehicle with major safety recall.

Mike Pennington is my new best friend. Like most people, the idea of car shopping brings on the shivers - the back-and-forth negotiation, last minute changes, etc often make the experience just awful.

When I called auto flex at the beginning of last week, I was immediately called back my DANIEL LONG!
He asked me what I was looking for and within minutes we were on line looking together for a 2017 jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara edition.

I was getting this for my daughter for her 16th birthday and making it a surprise for her. I went into the office on January 18, 2021 and we went over the options that I wanted to have put on the jeep. Once we did that we completed the contract which was so easy to do. He explained everything with such professionalism and he is a great guy to begin with. He is very personable, And explained every part of the contract in great detail.
I decided to purchase the flex buy lease agreement
Which met my needs perfectly.
My daughters birthday was January 21, 2021 and he coordinated with me and personally brought the vehicle to my house with a full tank of gas and completely cleaned inside and out in Celina Texas.
It was probably an hour and a half drive for him and for him to take three hours out of his day to meet my needs tells you all you need to know about DANIEL!
If you were interested in leasing a vehicle whether it be new or preowned Autoflex is the place to go!
I strongly urge you to ask for DANIEL LONG in which you will be provided first class treatment and he will get you the exact vehicle and type of a lease agreement that fits your needs and budget!
There is an was no pressure whatsoever like if you went to a normal car dealership.
I definitely will do business with him again if I decide to turn in my vehicle and get another one or just buy the one that I have least currently for my daughter.

I first called the Dallas office on 5/20, and spoke with Kevin M. who seemed very nice and asked thorough questions. We spoke twice more that day to discuss some options, and he said he would work on some numbers for me.

He called back on 5/21 to say he was still putting some numbers together and would call back the next day. I never heard back. I called him on 5/24 and left a message, and still never heard back! I leased a car through a dealer 2 days later, so he lost a sale and Autoflex lost a customer forever.

Very satisfied with services provided by Brian Moran. He kept me informed during the process and advised me the best way to accomplish my goals.

If you need someone to shoot you straight and not deal with the typical salesman fluff that comes with car dealers, ask for Chad. By far the best salesman I've dealt with. Went out of his way to make me satisfied. Never pushed anything I didn't want and never tried to up sell me. When I need another vehicle. Chad will be the first contact I make.
