David is one of the best leasing guys in the country. Have known him for years and is a member of the NVLA and everyone I know who has used autoflex over the years. And I am talking 20 years has had nothing but good things to say about the experience. If you are looking for something special give them a call and they probably can find it for you like this classic.

Purchased a 2011 Corolla in great condition. Janet was my professional, and she handled everything very well. She explained ALL options very thoroughly (lease vs. purchase, extras, financing, older vs. newer, everything). There was no rush, and she really went the extra mile for me. She even referred me to another insurance company when she heard my new quote from the provider I had - sure enough her agent was significantly lower and she set up the process for me. She also recommended a tint specialist when I want it. There was never any pressure from her and I left confident in my choice. They never sell cars that have a wreck history and they will transfer cars from other lots if you request. She pulled at least 3 legitimate strings she didn't have to to get me the best financial deal for me. Auto Flex in Richardson is very accommodating, professional, friendly, thorough and trustworthy.

This was our second time to deal with Autoflex. We have purchased 2 vehicles with Jodie since 2010 and been more than pleased each time. Jodie is friendly, professional and very knowledgable. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and seeks to be a blessing to each family that he works with. Autoflex makes the car-buying process simple and easy. I gave Jodie a payment range that fit our monthly budget each time we began searching for a vehicle. Every time, he found financing for us that stayed well within that price range. Likewise, we've always purchased more car than what we bargained for. At the end of each deal, my family has walked away with a great vehicle and very low stress. To me, that speaks volumes to the type of quality work that Autoflex offers.

June I was dealing with Autoflex for a truck my sales person fround one delivered it to me. It was such a fast process he didn't go over the contract or what they where giving me for my trade in. After the deal was done and he had left I went over the contract notice they only gave me $1000 for my (Dodge Ram truck 1500 2004) . I would of given Autoflex $1000 dollars and kept my old truck. To find out my sales person was buying my truck the $1000 he paid out of his pocket and kept my truck. This is not exceptable it is a scam, and I am very hurt that I was taken this this. I learned my lesson read before signing and ask questions.

This was my first personal experience with Autoflex, and I was so pleased. Marty walked us through every step, found 2 cars that were exactly what we wanted, for hundreds less than we were paying. When we met, we talked like we had been friends forever. He was thorough in every detail of the paperwork signing and even made sure my handicap plates would follow me to my new truck. There is no other place I will go to get another vehicle, than to Marty and Autoflex Leasing.

Started out as a bad experience until I was called by Mike Jones who took the car buying experience to another planet. He apologized for the bad experience and stated he hated he had to ask the questions again but assured me that he would make sure it counted. What I do know is Mike made my family and I feel like we were important and what we wanted mattered.The guy before him almost ruined me buying a car from Autoflex just by not even caring to call me back. Once he ran my credit no more phone calls from Craig. With Mike regardless of my score he never changed always very polite and always made sure all my questions were answered. At one point in the process I remembered saying I will just go elsewhere because of the time it was taking out of his schedule his reply was let me work for you and relax and ask me as many questions as you like, this is my job. I must say Mike went above and beyond from the VERY low interest rate to get this, delivering my car to my home. Who does that!! Who? Mike Jones and AutoFlex. I was very, very impressed with this company. I had a pleasant, low pressure buying experience. These people will do whatever is necessary (even beyond what is reasonable) to make you a happy customer. I had one minor issue and the owner swooped in and got directly involved, bending over backwards to make sure I was happy. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

I was a first timer at leasing and put my hands in the Autoflex salesman to get the best deal on a lease. Everything was good until I received a $924 Personal Property Tax bill for my vehicle. Autoflex management did not seem sorry at all that their salesman misrepresented my deal and payments/cost to lease. Effectively this adds $77 to my monthly payment so be aware this needs to be discussed.

I just got my second truck from Autoflex in Dallas/Arlington. This is the first time I ve ever felt compelled to write a review. My first experience was great. I was without a vehicle when I went in and paying for a rent car every day. Not only did Chad Clark find me a great vehicle in my budget, he found the exact vehicle I d been wanting and made it fit my budget. I left with the truck and Chad returned my rental. Three years later I was approaching 50,000 miles with 3 years left on my deal. I trusted Chad from before so I gave him a call. He explained my options with absolutely no pressure. The next day I got a message and for the second time he found the exact vehicle I ve been considering. We were able to work out a great deal. You won t be disappointed if you call Autoflex. If you re in the DFW area I would go to Chad in Arlington.

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I talked with David Zantop for several months and he worked very hard to find me the car with everything I wanted. Michael Maddox guided me through my first car buying experience at the Autoflex location in Richardson, and looking back I have nothing but positive thoughts! Michael was patient with me from the moment I inquired about a vehicle, and I was not an easy customer. There were times that Michael probably wanted to tell me "dude, do you want the car or not?" but he maintained nothing but professionalism.

Michael was helpful, resourceful, hardworking, quick to communicate. But what really resonated with me was how HONEST he was with me, and I appreciate that very much. There were several things he could have easily been less transparent about, but he was always very moral in his practice. For instance, I found out a few items were missing from the used car about 4 or 5 days after purchasing. Michael, while having the flu, not only made sure to get me those items (which some weren't cheap) but did it quickly and efficiently. Something you rarely see when buying a used car.

The bottom line is that I would absolutely recommend purchasing or leasing a car through Autoflex. And when you get to the dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for Michael Maddox!

Getting a new vehicle can be exciting and nerve racking at the same time. The attention and service provided to us by Marco Sarfaraz set our minds at ease and made it fun. Several years ago, I was misled by D&M Leasing and had a terrible experience with them. Therefore, I was skeptical to try another leasing company, but ultimately decided to give Autoflex a try after hearing the ads on WBAP. My wife and I then had the fortune of meeting Marty Mullen. We just couldn t have been more impressed. He was patient with all of my questions and diligent at helping us. Beyond patience and diligence, he showed tremendous professionalism and courtesy. We closed the deal on a car for me and were so happy with Marty and Autoflex, that we came back to him just a month later to get my wife out of her old lease and into a new one!

Waited 3 weeks to get a second key. They're full of excuses. Never again!

Who knew a vehicle from AutoFlex comes with only one key? Never bought a vehicle (in 40 years) that didn't have two. Yeah, my bad for making that assumption.

Of course I mentioned the missing key when the vehicle was delivered. That's when I was told there was only one. Guess that's my bad too. My crystal ball wasn't working to uncover that carefully omitted detail during the sale.

The only reason you absorbed the cost of the key is, at the moment I was informed, I told your salesman it was a deal breaker and wrote it into the contract. No key, no sale. Had he been up front about it, we would have already covered all of this.

I was kept informed, because I continued to send texts asking for updates after the salesman's self-imposed deadlines passed. You were contacted after I'd already waited two weeks for him to get it done. All I got from you was more of the same..."it should take a couple weeks..."

If I had purchased the vehicle from a dealer of that brand, the key wouldn't have been a special order. The locksmith you sent told me so. Lessons learned all around.

I had the pleasure of working with Alice Bennet to purchase my new vehicle. I called her on Wednesday and told her what I was looking for. She got me an approval and an appointment to come in today for my car. Usually when you get to other dealerships that s when they pressure you into vehicles, upgrades, and warranties you can t afford. Working with Auto Flex was totally different. I was able to complete majority of the process over the phone so when I made it to my appointment we went straight to looking at potential cars. I chose the car I wanted, test drove, switched my insurance over, and completed the paperwork, and was ready to go in an hour and a half. The process for buying my new truck was very easy and fast. Autoflex drove the vehicle to my residence for a test drive and inspection, eliminating my need to drive an hour to their facility. End-to-end, the process took less than 4 hours, most of which was either in my home or in transit to sign the paperwork.

AutoFlex Leasing, Michael Jones and Jeff Cole are dishonest, Please do not use this company. They mislead me about the terms of my lease stating multiple times it was a three year lease but putting four years in the contract. Blatantly lied about the Carfax. My Yukon had been in a wreck in California in 2015. They repeatedly lied about that and would not provide me with a Car Fax. They would only provide me with the Autocheck as it did not show the accident. Even when confronted with the Car Fax that I had received on my own, they lied., I have that in email. My lease was supposed to be for 18,000 miles a year, they gave me 15,000. When I brought all of this to both the Sales man, Michael Jones, and the Finance manager, Jeff Cole, they were extremely rude and defensive. You will lose thousands of dollars and get treated with complete disregard.
