I had a terrible experience. Things started off well here. I began working with a young gentleman who works there. I stressed the urgency of my situation ( i needed to secure another vehicle by the very next day. I went in late the night before and of course the bank that was able to do the financing was closed and they were not able to get in touch with anyone that night. AGAIN i stressed the urgency of the situation before myself and my mother left. I did not receive a call the next morning ( My rental needed to be returned by 6 PM that day) I started to panic and called my insurance company for an extension because no one at the company would return my calls. When I finally did get a call back, I was told that the young man with whom we were conductiong business was instructed BY HIS MANAGEMENT staff specifically not to tell us anything until the deal had been secured. I was told I would be receiving a call no later than 10 AM. by 12 PM I called and got someone else to tell me what was going on ( I figured when i stressed the urgency of my situation, I would at least get a call at 10 to say they were still waiting on the bank or whatever the case may be) so eventually the process gets completed and We go pick a car. Due to work scheduling issues I had to go seperately to the dealership from my mom. My mom went to sign her portion of our paperwork but I needed to make it in the next morning (specifically, a Saturday) because I work extremely long hours. I was told that the dealership was not open on Saturdays. I showed up Saturday to pick up the down payment that my mom placed and went to a dealership down the street that offered a much better deal and greatly improved customer service.

Marty has been a huge help in what can be a very difficult process sometimes. He was very focused on helping me with the type of vehicle that would fit my family s needs. He went out of his way to make sure the financing was and paperwork was in order so that I was only there for 30minutes and on my way. Love AutoFlex! We have leased several vehicles from them and they always have world class service. They have been delivering cars to people way before it was cool and are always happy to do so. Russell was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Most of the paperwork can be done through Docusign, so you don't even have to step foot in the dealership.

Had a good experience 5 years ago. Harassment since then is another story. Bad enough that they send constant junk emails and regularly call my phone and leave me voice mails. Now, today, out of the blue, one of their dealers texted me trying to get business. Very tacky! I did buy a truck in December. I spoke to them at the time, but they weren't competitive at all. I got $9,000 off of a $35,500 truck. On top of that they gave me $5000 for my 17 year old Tahoe with high miles. By comparison, Autoflex offered me $2700 for my trade and my payments on a 3 year lease would have only been $15 more per month than I am paying having BOUGHT my new truck (72 month loan with no cash out of pocket). I even looked at used (on 3 sites). There wasn't a comparable 1-3 year old used truck with less than 36k miles on it (that I could find) for the same price - they were all more. I give 3 stars because 5 years ago I had a good experience. Just haven't been happy with them since and the blind texts are just TACKY.

We have used Autoflex and Terry Hill many times over the last 15 years. It has been a great experience every time. It's the easiest and best car leasing experience around. All it takes is a few phone calls, emails and car is delivered to your house with 10 minutes of paperwork

At one time I owned two vehicles. I liked driving my one ton Dodge Ram so much that the other car was rarely driven so I sold it. Big mistake. After 8 years of dependable transportation the high pressure fuel pump went out. Evidently there is quite a back log of work for deisel mechanics and I was told it would be two weeks to get it repaired. That's when I decided I needed a 'spare' vehicle. Autoflex put me in a nice car in three days and I'm glad I decided to go with them. They even drove the car out to where I live in a rural area.

It was over 15 years ago, but I won't do business with them again. My agent lied about property tax responsibility with respect to lease vehicles. Instructed me to ignore property tax statements from the county. Turns out, the law hadn't yet changed and I was on the hook for several hundred dollars worth of property taxes over the life of the lease. I'm with D&M now.

My friend has bought two cars from AutoFlex so I told her to send my information to the person that helps her. She sent the message around 11:00 pm and I received a call around 9:00 am the next day from Lee Allen just to touch base with me and make sure we were on the same page on what I could afford. I told her how much we could afford monthly and how much we had to put down. She said she would give me a call back. This isn't the first car I have bought so I know it's a long process. I assumed she would call me back in a few days but she called me back the same day. I was at work so I sent her all the paperwork she needed. She ended up finding us a great car and the payments are much lower than what I told her the max we could afford. By the time we arrived at the dealership, the car and paperwork was ready for us to sign. My husband told me it felt unreal because it was such a quick process. I loved the experience and will definitely buy our next car there. We have already referred someone to Lee.

I contacted Auto Flex via the web for a quote. Sammie was the deaer who responded to me. During the time we were both under the weather but he still went out of his way to help me.

I just wanted to take a moment of your time to let you know how impress I am with De La Barrera, your Loan Specialist.

I had to set in to assist my niece find a dealership that would treat her with respect and explain everything about leasing and/or financing her first car and also put her in a vehicle that was price appropriate and a good car. I live in Ontario Canada, she lives in Texas, and so this was a very frustrating situation for both of us. I was not given a car fax report therefore I bought a car that had been in a flood. Everything undernesth was corroded so bad it was almost Impossible to fix anything that went wrong with it.
My advice to anyone buying a car from them please ask for a car fax. To date I have had to replace everything underneath the front end. Also the calipers tie rods anything that makes it drive able. I am just lucky I haven't been in a wreck. I have noticed the company has answered my report saying they ordered a car fax which was never given to me. Just don't be as trusting as me.

David Z helped us get the exact car we were looking for. Everything went well and he did exactly what he said he would do. He even brought the car all the way to Arlington from Richardson just for us to look at it. It must have been at least an hour each way. Couldn't have asked for anything else.

I don t even know that I have the words to describe the incredible experience we had with Marty at AutoFlex. My husband was rear ended 6 weeks ago and we have been dealing with insurance and repairs, a total loss settlement, banks, and being told we have 3 days left with a rental before he was going to be vehicle less. Literally, total loss decision on a Monday and oh by the way, you lose the rental on Thursday . We began looking and looking and DREADING the process of trying to go around and find him a truck suitable for his job. Enter Marty. He had just received a trade-in that wasn t even online yet. He sent pictures, ran the numbers for us, listened to me tell him that was more than we could handle, took down more info and promised he would do his best. He called me same day and he had made it all work...we had yet to even step foot in the dealership. We got to sign the papers at 8:45 THE NEXT DAY after we spoke for the first time and we had test driven, signed, and were walking out within 45 minutes. Last week worked with Nick on a Autoflex lease. I have to say was the easiest exoerience I have had in any car transaction I had to date.

Nick listened to specific requirements, provided actual realistic options, and adjusted accordingly to feedback. Sounds simple, but as we all know this is not the typical user experience in buying or leasing a car.

What I appreciated the most was his personable style, character, and knowledge. He shared what were the best options in inventory and the financial arrangements accordingly. He delivered car personally and made sure everything was seamless.
