After having had several garages in the past, it is nice to have a garage that you really trust. A must so.
The car purchased from P.Bot already gives problems from the 2nd week of purchase (despite the low mileage). A number of times checked there, however, nothing could be found. Meanwhile, the various repairs have more than exceeded the purchase price of the car. I am very disappointed.
I have been bringing my car to this garage for about 8 years now. You will receive a price indication in advance. If you come across other things during the maintenance or inspection, you will be called and consulted. They also give you a heads up about maintenance costs that are to come in the short term (six months / year). Experience: On April 2 this year I bought a seemingly good looking Mazda 3 at car company P. Bot. The car still looked nice and after a test drive with a few small dots I went to buy the car.
I was told on delivery that the car was aligned and that all the flaws that were noticed during the test drive would have been remedied. However, after a short week of driving the car, it showed a strong deviation to the right and I had to steer to keep the car on the road.
After contacting the seller, he invited me for an appointment because he wanted to see the car himself, which is strange to me, because I can assume that you as a car company know what you are selling. Due to personal reasons, the appointment for me could not go through twice, and I eventually had the car checked at a garage nearby.
When a family member of mine brought the car away because I was unable to drive myself, it came back shocked and angry. I asked him what was wrong and he told me that the profile on the front tires was completely gone on the inside. The tires also squeaked and the car steered ever worse and still had the strong deviation to the right.
After repairing the car, I again called car company P. Bot and said that I was absolutely not satisfied with my purchase. There has been e-mail traffic and the company in question has also seen the photos of the tires without a profile. There is still offered to come to the garage, but that was absolutely not justified with these tires.
When I confronted the seller with the bill and the story, he did not want to make any kind of compensation, because they, the car they sold themselves, first wanted to see again.
I would have thought it very reasonable if there was even a small allowance offered by this company, as you as a customer assume that the product you buy is simply delivered properly

Bought a peugeot 508 for 7,600 euros. Now 2 weeks later and I have already had to spend more than 2000 euros to repair the car !! The advertisement said "good obdehrouden" not so .. Even the multi-belt that should have been replaced in 2011 immediately. (factory error) was still on it.

Telepathy in car repair Yesterday morning I wanted to start my car, but only the dashboard lights went on, and the engine did nothing. It was ordered in the morning, and it was delivered in the afternoon. And installing a new battery is of course a piece of cake for the staff of Autobedrijf Bot! At the end of the day, a satisfied customer left the workshop.

Here recently a second hand BMW purchased to full satisfaction. Apart from the car that is in very good condition. Peter is a pleasant person and fulfills his appointments. An example of this is that I could pick up a tire repair kit for free without any fuss. I can recommend to take a look here for an occasion.

We bought a Tesla model S here at the end of August 2020 (Dec 2014) with the help of Peter. We were well spoken to and after a test drive every effort was made to find out the maintenance history. This turned out to be our dream car and we bought it. It turned out that there was autopilot on the Tesla, something that the company had overlooked, yet this did not increase the price. There were a few small things on the car, such as a few minor damage to the paint and an asterisk in the window. This was resolved fine. Even a fly in the rear lamp was removed. So Peter did everything he could to make us feel good. Communication by email was also accurate and fast. We also got a few tires for free. The Tesla model S experience is great, occasionally with 4.5 seconds to 100 and discovering all the options is phenomenal. It takes some getting used to driving such an electric car, but then you don't want anything else.
Neatly in the morning 5 over 8 called for an appointment for a Nissan Micra that same afternoon made an appointment but these oenen sold it half an hour before my appointment to another! Top boys thanks Tim!

Recently I wanted to buy a car from car company Bot. According to the seller, the car was completely in order, never had any damage, a fine car and purchased from an official brand dealer. Since we are talking about thousands of euros, just have a purchase inspection at our own garage. It came from this inspection that the car has been / is assembled in both the front and the rear. The traces of this were very visible on the underside, some caps were also missing. Back to car company Bot, here was the answer: "Sorry we just didn't look properly". I think it is still quite essential - good looking - for a car company. In any case, I will never have maintenance done here and no purchase, they do not look anyway!
Neatly helped second-hand car for a very nice price and an honestly correct new inspection, because during the test drive there were two things that still had to be remedied (air conditioning worked for 60% and left door did not work on the remote control) this was solved without problems and free of charge. there was even a defect that we had not even discovered yet, but it came up with the APK inspection and this was also made without problems and free of charge. Very disappointed with this 'BOVAG' car company. No aftersales and agreements are not fulfilled when purchasing a used car. Brief: 1. Air conditioning promise to check but immediately after purchasing the car say that it costs 600 euros and otherwise a pity. 2. Coolant reservoir was very clear leak and almost empty, strange if you count 150 for MOT 3. Approve the strap with a message that it is just possible while 2 other garages say it should have 4. Irregular beating could not be found, but indicate that I have to pay for it myself even though the car was not in my possession for a day (so don't expect anything in terms of warranty). Another garage was able to fix this within an hour, another 250 euros was spent on this car a week after purchase.
Bought a car advertised that it had air conditioning and that it was a good car. Test drive already gave some issues, fan only worked in the highest position, air conditioning did not get cold, spare tire was leaking. Salesman: 'well mister what do you expect for that money' and so on. After some negotiations, 150 euros for an MOT and the agreement that air conditioning would be filled and viewed, fan would be fixed and everything would be delivered properly, I pick up the car a week later. I still ask 'did everything work out?' and our salesman 'yes everything worked out mister'. Three seconds after the successful debit card transaction 'oh, sir, the air conditioning has been filled but is leaking and the condenser is worth 600 euros if you want to have it fixed'. Well, can happen I thought. Drive away, fan made even more noise than before, but it worked in all positions and positions 3 and 4 worked somewhat acceptable, replacing the heater fan would be too expensive to replace after question. On the way home something else started to rattle at the front right of the wheel, they wanted to look at it but I had to pay for parts myself (less than a day that car and already nagging). Coolant reservoir also leaked like crazy. MOT paid, but the tape that 'just could before the MOT' was reported by 2 other garages that it was certainly not allowed through the MOT. Have quite minimally examined the rattling right front, but "we can't find anything, sir," said the seller. Another garage was able to find and fix it within an hour. Coolant reservoir, tire they should have replaced, rattling shock absorbers and removing fallen off rusted heat shields cost me an extra 250 euros to get the car safely back on the road. Their parts are also one and a half to 2x more expensive than others. For the time being done with P Bot, the technicians are friendly and have expertise and do their best, but that salesperson, I would quickly distance myself from that if I had a company. No knowledge at all, not completely honest and totally uninterested if you do not come to see a car of at least 15,000. Only buy here if you get an expensive new car and ask for any purchase guarantees yourself because they do not offer them if they are afraid of problems, and have the car checked by someone else for damage, loose parts and whether they have a fair MOT to carry out. And do not sign anything until everything has been carried out and checked as desired, because the comments will only come after payment. I realize I am buying a car with 190,000 on the odometer but not replacing a tire despite it being too slippery, coolant reservoir was practically empty and clearly torn, the AC only reported as too expensive for repair despite advertised air conditioning gives a nasty aftertaste. If you don't buy an expensive car here, the after sales service is very disappointing.
I bought a car here a year and a half ago. Meanwhile, more has been spent on maintenance than the car cost me. A lot of problems with leaking oil and coolant when purchasing were said that I had to top it up every month. But what appears to be that with a car after the year 2000 you no longer have to constantly refill oil (of course arrows are on time) So I bought a car with a leaking oil. And with the coolant it was said that it makes sense that the temperature meter goes up because I drive a lot and also traffic jams. I have now been in many cars and driven, but the problem I have never experienced. They let me drive around with broken brake discs. When I went to another garage 2 months after my MOT and big turn to put winter binding under it because it was cheaper there, they found out and did not let me go on the road again because my brake discs were completely used up and this was a very dangerous situation and that I had an angel on my shoulder because this could have turned out very differently, I had driven through it for another week. New hand brake cables were also used with the MOT after one month it was already weak. Not to mention the windshield wipers that were bad from the start and should then be replaced with the MOT what has not happened. My confidence has dropped enormously at this garage and I went to another garage. I have now had to buy another car because the costs are so high for the MOT that it is no longer worth repairing and I was honestly advised to look for something else. Never blunt for me again !!!

Very friendly people, but when it comes to a second-hand car we will certainly think twice to buy one at Bot. First of all, there is no guarantee, the service is crying. After just 4 months, the repaired exhaust has come loose / broken off and we can add another between 200 and 300 euros to have this made. We chose to buy a second-hand car at Bot because of the service, well, then you come home from a cold fair.
Had a new air braking system mounted under my bus in staphorst only it was very badly mounted, at the first the best lump I immediately tapped the ground and yes leak. P.bot called situation explained and they said come right away. Within 20 minutes new air valve and the system increased. Top company and highly recommended, so a thick 10+ from me
We have bought a beautiful Mini Countryman from Peter Bot. In addition, we exchanged two cars, a Mini and an RX4. The trade-in prices were easily negotiable. We came out fine together. Sales reps Danny and Ron also showed their skills: calm, explaining and taking the time. We have now been driving the 2010 Countryman for a week, so we have to wait and see how it will last!
Postscript March 2018: The Countryman is doing fine. A new stove fan has since been installed, costing 250 and one of the ignition keys has given up. A new one cost 150 at the BMW / Mini dealer. We later saw that our trade-in cars were sold quickly and with (big) profit. The company Bot is cordially awarded! So still very satisfied.
