Because you get answers to your questions here and they check your car in between if necessary. The necessary repairs are simply done for an affordable price. You will not get the idea that they are trying to knock as much money out of your pocket as possible. The customer is central and yes, cars cost money, but at Bot you never pay too much. I'm not going anywhere else anymore. Especially with my past experiences at Bot, where I am very tempered. Long story.....
