For a company affiliated with Bovag, I think it would like to sell a car without a drop of oil, so real oil arrow at nil does not fit. On arrival, the Mercedes was already ready with a flat front tire. And had considerable bumper damage over the entire rear bumper, which was not visible in the photo, due to the smart position of the photo taken.
