Sat outside my office waiting for a scheduled pickup that never arrived. Called twice, was transferred to an extension that rang indefinitely and then dropped. Then after the phone was just never picked up. 25min after my scheduled pickup time I finally get a call from the driver saying he is at the dealership and needs directions which is at best 25 minutes away in traffic. Safe to say this dealership cares very little about customers if they are happy to leave their customers high and dry for close on an hour.

It's now my favorite go to BMW even for my car service,most bcz the do service on Saturdays.The staff there is super friendly and very helpful.The dealership is well positioned next to MOA were you can go in the mall while they work your car.Love it.

I dropped off my car for a service on Friday, 21 December and was shuttled back home , phoned the dealer service agent at 14:00 to confirm the progress and pick up time and was told the shuttle driver will phone me when the car is ready, at 15:55 the drive phoned me to confirm the pickup point and address, 30 minutes later I phoned them to confirm where the drive is only to be told that he was not coming , phoned by the service agent to tell me that the car is ready and it is at wash bay and that they close at 17:00 really - This guy didn t even mention that the shuttle has not picked me up? , I had to take an Uber to go fetch my car.
Very few words from the Agent when I got there and no mentions of the nonsense that had happened, again ! picked up my car.....! now at the security gate am stopped and told that the Agent was to had issued me with a Security Pass receipt ! what the hell! Now they want me to go back and get the receipt!! ... long strong short I stopped at the gate for +- 12 minutes for them to go get confirmation from the Service Agent !!! I was not going to go back!
I won t even mention that my car was not washed properly either!!

The new dealership building is amazing. Spacious, bright and well stocked with everything BMW. A lot of new and demo models to look at. Cars are displayed very well which shows of the BMW brand and range. Customer areas are welcoming with friendly and professional staff always willing to assist. Took my car in for a service and had a a very easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommended this dealership.

The tread on my tyre stripped off my X5 late on Friday afternoon in the middle of nowhere in the Free State. Chatted with BMW Midrand. Saturday morning, a whole new rim and tyre was brought to me and replaced. Neil was great. Sent me a courtesy message telling me when he would be there, did a sterling job. The whole experience was world class! You can be proud of your business and your team!

Worst BMW dealer I have been too. They don't give good service. Went there in an Ethios to buy and X5 and was given no service. Bought an X5 and 125i from Sandton_Auto BMW that has amazing service. Took the X5 too Midrand for a routine service and they want to keep the car overnight only letting you know last minute and making no plans to help you get transport. Have had this happen to 2 colleagues as well. Would never use this BMW, it's an embarrassment to the brand of BMW

Had my car (2018 M3 LCI2) booked in on Wednesday for an oil leak. No feedback the entire day until I called to find out what's going on. I was told the car won't be ready. Requested a loan vehicle and was told they don't have any. Left stranded at the office at 4pm. Only got my car back on Friday. If this is the way you treat your ///M customers, I dread to think how you treat the rest. Not impressed.

TERRIBLE doesn't even begin to describe my experience with them. I serviced my car with them mid October and within few days it was blowing smoke. Took it to them to have this checked and fixed as my car didn't have that issue before I took it them.
They had my car for 3 days and only to be told that they didn't do anything wrong but Oil supply pipe is leaking and I need to pay R20k to have my car repaired. Surely if this problem existed at the time of service they would have picked it up considering it was Oil service. They refuse to acknowledge that this was due to poor workmanship. This time around I had even authorised them to repair windscreen chip which I was billed for when I got there. After I paid for diagnostic and chip repair I was handed car keys. When I got into my car the chip was not repaired. Had to wait again to have this attended to and yet I am expected to believe that they are not the cause of the problem for oil leakage. They are terrible even with customer care, during the 3 days no feedback or updates were provided unless I called in myself.
On both occasions even car wash was terrible. Was handed the keys and my seats were literally wet, tyres and mats dirty still. Now I am driving my car in fear wondering wjaw else they might have broken this time while diagnosing it. Wouldn't recommend Auto Bavaria to anyone who cares about that vehicle.

I haven't heard the best service here and today was even worse. I brought in my for diagnosis and I was told I will get a call within an hour or two. I didn't get call so I decided to call around 1pm. I was told sorry we can't assist today as we are understaff you will have to fetch your car tomorrow or book another day in a week's time. The driver picks me up and I was made to wait for a while before I can be given my car.

Very friendly staff. Notified me of a recall campaign I didn't even know about when it went in for a service. My car was cleaned from top to bottom with detail I haven't seen in a long time. Salesman went the extra mile after the test drive to showcase other new vehicles to keep me up to date of the brand developments. Probably my favourite dealership to date.

Also as a first time visitor a very bad first impression was created resulting in me going to another BMW dealership where the service was nothing but spectacular. Highly unimpressed!!!
