My wife and I have purchased Two Vehicles from Mark Howard at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Both Corolla's, fantastic cars. Excellent MPG, price, maneuverability and room for a family in a compact package.

Mark is a very low pressure salesperson who's approach denoted more of a consultative experience rather than being pushed one way or another. He was very transparent with the entire process and we left feeling like we hadn't been misdirected, lied to, or any of the common "car sale" practices. He was very honest and up front.

We purchased one vehicle and we enjoyed both the experience and the vehicle so much that when the need arose to purchase another vehicle, there was no question where we would go, or who we would deal with. I highly recommend purchasing a reliable and efficient Vehicle at Wesley Chapel Toyota from Mark Howard! A+++ *****

I have always love Toyota cars and thanks to Wesley Chapel Toyota and their team I was able to upgrade to a pre owned 2019 Corolla. Dayan was our sales rep and he assisted the process with professionalism we came to an agreement fast. I wish financing team was faster but worth the wait. I absolutely loathe the car buying process like ma...

I absolutely loathe the car buying process like many people, but this time was very different.
The teamwork displayed by Corey and Terry was one that should be recognized!
They made should sure my desires in a vehicle were at the forefront of my experience, and they communicated well prior to my arrival which made the process seamless.

Serviced my 2019 Tundra, Oil change and tire rotation took 90 minutes. Even with an appointment scheduled, service is slow. Since it was the 10,000 miles service it was free, but reminds me why I never want prepaid maintenance plans. I would hate to be stuck going to a dealer each oil change if it takes that long each time.

I purchased a 2015 toyota rav4 from Jack Peck several years ago and it was the easiest car buying experience ever. I returned this year to upgrade to a minivan. My husband and I did not favor the Sienna to another model we had seen. Jack called up another dealership and had someone there take care of us. We ended up buying the car we wanted and needed for our growing family. He truly cares about his customer's wants and needs. Wesley Chapel Toyota is lucky to have him.

Aiman Sabbah did a great job trying to find the right RAV 4 I wanted. It took a couple of weeks but Aiman did not let me down. Towards the last few days, Richard Jackson also stepped in to help with the search. Thanks to Aiman and Richard, I'm now the owner of a beautiful 2015 RAV 4. They're a great team!

I walked into WESLEY Chapel Toyota with the intentions of just looking and seeing the lineup that they had to offer. I have to say, the gentleman who approached us, Melvin was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to understand our needs, wants and even some of the things we don t need (haha). His companion Caroline Briggs was there to assist and train him, as he is newer to the role. She took her time with him, so he could see the process from start to finish. I am 100% supportive of that and hope that Toyota will recognize that Caroline is an asset to this store, company and humanity. I was between a few different cars and I wanted to test drive both and they encouraged me and did not pressure me or rush me.

Thank you for the smooth process, and think about having Caroline run the training department. She will make SURE customer service is top priority which will keep customers coming back time and time again.

The worse service ever. My sales rep was awesome but after that, the service went down hill. I would not recommend them to anybody. It was all the blame game. Nobody owned up to all of the mishaps. Just horrible. One unsatisfied customer

I drove from Orlando after having a few "run-around's" and "pressure sales" with several dealers (assorted brands) in my area - it was worth the 1.25 hour drive to Wesley Chapel! Love my Corolla - first time Toyota buyer!

I went to Wesley Chapel Toyota around 3:30pm and was there till 8:30pm. I was there 5 hours for my first car with Wesley Toyota. I really did not mind the wait it was well worth the wait. And my sales agent Carlos was very nice to me. He treated me with respect from state to finish and his boss did also. When I get ready to trade my car in, in two years. I will be looking for Carlos and his boss again. They was 100% great to me m. I really appreciated the hospitality and kindness I received from Carlos and his Boss. And I am well pleased with the car they sold me a 2016 Toyota Corolla and it is 4 years old. I thank Carlos and his boss for getting me in a car. Cause I had to rent a rental car for two months and that is very expensive and I will never do that again. And I will always purchase my car for the rest of my life from Wesley Chapel Toyota. They are the best and they are #1.

Scheduled LOF, 55K mile service. Appointment time was 2:30 PM. It is 4:30 PM and still waiting....... this is the worst visit to this dealership yet !! Dropping two stars from last review.

Jan. 11 2018.

Immediate area is way too busy and too many dealerships including a brand new Lexus dealer. Traffic in the area is horrible and makes travel challenging when trying to get to dealership. Toyota itself had fast and flawless service which took roughly an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.

Unfortunately Pasco and Hernando residents have very limited options when it comes to a bonafide Toyota dealership.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Thanks to Issac Mammen, I was easily able to find the car I wanted. He sat done with me and answered all my questions and was very concerned with making sure that I could get the best deal possible as well as getting me the perfect car for my specific need. He did not push me into buying more than I needed. He was probably the most customer-centered car salesman I have met. The dealership was both friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Issac.

five hours they had me sit in their waiting room
said they could give me a estimate of how much and new engine would cost
----my car is four years old--

turns out i just had a dead battery. After they charged me $109 I had to go to an outside company to find out my battery, NOT MY ENGINE needed replacing.

Travis my service advisor is totally awesome and VERY honest. Every single time I come for service I leave happy because of him. He is a true asset to your dealership along with Yury, he is the one that initially sold me my Camry. Every time I'm there for service he always greets me with a hug and a smile. It was getting late and my sales men Marek Nowak took his time and literally showed me how to operate everything in my car and explained it in detail. He was so understanding and helpful along with the other staff I wish I remembered all of their names so I could brag about them. I just got such a warm and welcoming vibe from everyone it was so amazing! I will only buy from this dealership they were so awesome beyond words!

Sales man Dayan was excellent and courteous. He is the only postive thing I can give this dealership. Could not have asked for a better salesman. Great job done. As for the service department, I've never witnessed such terrible work done. Twice now, I have brought my car back. The oil/fluids wasn't changed. The car "detail" was absolutely horrible. I actually sent it back twice in one day. All I got was my cream interior dirtier/greasier than ever, and my paint was chipped off in multiple places, but I was told that it probably happened from me driving it. False. The manager basically was saying that I was lying and ignorant. The car was sold to me with numerous issues, that by my understanding, the $2,500 reconditioning fee is supposed to cover. Things like a splash guard hanging down and dragging on my rear wheel. Instead of replacing it they just put clips in the mangled splash guard, not oem clips neither. Should've been replaced. The windshield was cracked when I bought it, he said it's not his issue and no telling that it didn't happen after the purchase. Even though I informed them about it. Once again, in so many words, he said I was lying. I was there for 4 hours my first visit. Today, I spent an additional 5 hours. My time has been wasted and I have been personally insulted. Manager goes on to tell me if I wanted the splash guard replaced he'll just take it off. How trashy is that? By the end of my visit, Ive got a deplorable detail inside and out, more than 10 chips in my paint, an oil change (which I will be double checking all fluids and filters), brake rotors replaced so says the service department, still a cracked windshield, wasted about a half a tank of gas total, time on my days off wasted, and a burning hatred for Toyota of Wesley Chapel. I will give Manager Frank credit, he knows how to dance around words and talk the talk. Anyone who says they aren't trying to bs you, is Frank. Did a great job saving the dealership money cheapskate. Lost business today. You could've done more.

My vehicle is a 2012 Lexus IS250. And it will never be back for additional business.

I can only take legal action from here on out. I will not be screwed over.

I honestly have to say that this was the most pleasant buying experience I ever had in purchasing a new car. The entire staff at Wesley Chapel Toyota were courteous and answered all my questions. Working with Cregg Irving was the icing on the cake. He had the car I wanted waiting right up front when I arrived and worked with me to get the price I wanted to pay. I highly recommend this dealership.

We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. An hour and 15 minutes in we were asked if we wanted to pay for a "fuel system cleaning" (or something)

Never told there would be a delay; never kept advised as to progress; never asked for any additional items except an oil change.

Service writer was couteous - which is why its not a 1 star review.

I recently shopped around at other Toyota dealerships for a new Camry and to use my Toyota Tundra XSP as a trade in. They used Kelly blue book and gave me the price I was seeking on both the Tundra and the Camry. The transaction was transparent and fair on both sides. I can not say the same for the other dealerships in the area. They made the transaction easy. I really did not want to trade my truck in but they are the only ones who were honest in their pricing. I never once felt pressured.

I was able to receive guidance from Shamir and he assisted me with finding the perfect fit for me. Shamir was very professional, patient and explained all the features very well. I felt like I got a fair value for my trade in, and received veteran incentives. Aiman in financing was excellent and left no questions unanswered. It was all good but they could not locate wheel lock tool to rotate tires. Had last service done at Sun Toyota and for some reason the locking tool was not put back in truck by them. I would think in this day and age a mechanic could figure out a way to remove my lugs. All I heard was sorry can't rotate tires!

I had an excellent experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota. The people were very helpful and welcoming. I given excellent service during the purchase of my new Camry and I m very happy with the car. And while it did take some time obviously and I had to have my son with me for a few hours he was well entertained with the kids area and even had some fresh Chocolate chip cookies so he was taken care of too. By far the best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle

This is the first time I have ever found a need to write a review about a dealer. I have bought a lot of cars from both new and used dealers, and I have to say these guys are by far the best! Wesley Chapel Toyota has the best price, and found the best finance deal. No games to play, hidden costs, or hassles. Frank Millan was my salesman & I can honestly say that he is not only a great salesman but I think she must be a magician on the side, he was able to put me into a New 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid with less than perfect Credit and a VERY Small down payment. Save yourself time, money, and headaches next time and start with these guys!

I will be back for more & might I also add that their Service Department is Stellar.

Let me tell you my experience, I got the run around with every other Toyota I came in contact with besides Wesley chapel Toyota. I called and spoke to rich, he was very helpful and was able to locate the truck I wanted. I then spoke with Jacob Maxfield, he helped me with pricing and worked out a sweet deal. I told Jacob I d be there in an hour, he set up the appointment. The experience I had with him was great! He knew so much more about the truck than the other dealerships I was dealing with. Everything was straight forward. He was very honest and wasn t like any sales person I ve dealt with before. Thank you Wesley chapel Toyota for the great experience!
