Sales man Dayan was excellent and courteous. He is the only postive thing I can give this dealership. Could not have asked for a better salesman. Great job done. As for the service department, I've never witnessed such terrible work done. Twice now, I have brought my car back. The oil/fluids wasn't changed. The car "detail" was absolutely horrible. I actually sent it back twice in one day. All I got was my cream interior dirtier/greasier than ever, and my paint was chipped off in multiple places, but I was told that it probably happened from me driving it. False. The manager basically was saying that I was lying and ignorant. The car was sold to me with numerous issues, that by my understanding, the $2,500 reconditioning fee is supposed to cover. Things like a splash guard hanging down and dragging on my rear wheel. Instead of replacing it they just put clips in the mangled splash guard, not oem clips neither. Should've been replaced. The windshield was cracked when I bought it, he said it's not his issue and no telling that it didn't happen after the purchase. Even though I informed them about it. Once again, in so many words, he said I was lying. I was there for 4 hours my first visit. Today, I spent an additional 5 hours. My time has been wasted and I have been personally insulted. Manager goes on to tell me if I wanted the splash guard replaced he'll just take it off. How trashy is that? By the end of my visit, Ive got a deplorable detail inside and out, more than 10 chips in my paint, an oil change (which I will be double checking all fluids and filters), brake rotors replaced so says the service department, still a cracked windshield, wasted about a half a tank of gas total, time on my days off wasted, and a burning hatred for Toyota of Wesley Chapel. I will give Manager Frank credit, he knows how to dance around words and talk the talk. Anyone who says they aren't trying to bs you, is Frank. Did a great job saving the dealership money cheapskate. Lost business today. You could've done more.
My vehicle is a 2012 Lexus IS250. And it will never be back for additional business.
I can only take legal action from here on out. I will not be screwed over.
