I am now asking my myself if brand loyalty is what is keeping me with BMW since the experience is at this level ! ! !
I dropped off my car for a service on Friday, 21 December and was shuttled back home , phoned the dealer service agent at 14:00 to confirm the progress and pick up time and was told the shuttle driver will phone me when the car is ready, at 15:55 the drive phoned me to confirm the pickup point and address, 30 minutes later I phoned them to confirm where the drive is only to be told that he was not coming , phoned by the service agent to tell me that the car is ready and it is at wash bay and that they close at 17:00 really - This guy didn t even mention that the shuttle has not picked me up? , I had to take an Uber to go fetch my car.
Very few words from the Agent when I got there and no mentions of the nonsense that had happened, again ! picked up my car.....! now at the security gate am stopped and told that the Agent was to had issued me with a Security Pass receipt ! what the hell! Now they want me to go back and get the receipt!! ... long strong short I stopped at the gate for +- 12 minutes for them to go get confirmation from the Service Agent !!! I was not going to go back!
I won t even mention that my car was not washed properly either!!
BMA fans is the loyalty to brand that make us settle for this rubbish?
