I contacted Budds' BMW via the chat window on their website to request a service appointment. I got a call and an email from their service team the next day and scheduled an appointment (BTW, I contacted another BMW dealer the same way but their service team never got back to me). After I dropped the car, I got a call from their service consultant Hao Xu who explained the services they need to perform and asked for my approval. They also washed the car. Would definitely return for future services.

i have two cars one is X5 2014 and other one is X1 2016 i was trying to call the BMW dealer in budds 2454 s service Rd many times with no respond at all just to change the oil and filter after hard time they answer my call back with appointment in dec 15 -2018 as their reason fully booked what kind of service you given to bimmer customer how am i suppose to take care of my car if there is no service from the dealership as BMW COMPANY which really bad service .
based on your answer you are saying that i should take my vehicle to somewhere else; you cant tell me where to take my car its a BMW; your're meant to take care of BMW customers not tell them to take their business else where. What kind of customer service is this? Is this the way people who buy BMW are treated? Toyota with their 20000 cars have better customer service than you guys who charge more then 3x the price for your vehicles.

I could see a black line and two tiny scratch marks remained on the previously damaged area. Conclusion: incomplete repair! Not 100% professional job! Disappointed.

Recently went to Budds BMW Oakville because of a nail in my tire. I called Budds and spoke to Jeff Budds late on a Friday afternoon, only an hour before their service department would close. He was amazing and was able to arrange a rental for the weekend.
When Monday came around, I received a call from Jenny Beaudrie in the service department. She was such a pro and so easy to deal with. Jenny rearranged my annual service appointment so that it could be handled on the same day as when they fixed my tire, so I didn t have to go there twice in two weeks. I was worried about how much this was going cost, Jenny quickly put my mind at ease, to say that they took care of me in terms of a fair price would be an understatement and to add my car was ready by Monday afternoon!
My experience at Budds from dealing with Jeff and Jenny was second to none. 5 star experience all around and I would happily recommend Budds BMW Oakville to any of my friends and family.

During my last visit, I was impressed by the services received from Raja and other team members at Buzz BMW.
I had the suspension airbag work done during March 10-11. Raja provided clear communication and coordinated with the foreman for test drive and other team members for other inspections. The team ( including Karthic before passing it to Raja) collaborated very well from taking job order, price quote, getting shuttle ready and even arranged a loner s car when I expressed special concerns. I d say Raja is a people person demonstrated BMW operational excellence and yet flexible to think from customers perspective.

Pls tel me is it my job as a customer to scrutinize BMW Canada s website which lists preowned inventory or is it your job as a retailer to work on the same page with BMW Canada to provide proper information to your customers. We are living in a digital world right now which is intended to make our life s simple and save time.
BMW.Ca boasts of a huge line up of BMW certified preowned cars in its website but one particular car which I came for was sold off in MAY 2018 and the website wasn t updated. Ok no big deal and nothi to cry abo,,,,,
But there are still at least 15 cars under $20K listed as BMW certified series on bmw.ca s list.
The sales rep I met at your place informed me that I should be looking at a price tag of 35k upwards if I am looking at a certified vehicle, while BMW Canada s site says otherwise.
Whom should I believe Budd s or BMW Canada????

Being from a retail background myself what has been taught to me is that the law of the country requires any seller to honour the price displayed or advertised. Pls correct me if am wrong....., now don get me wrong am not asking you to give me a 80K vehicle at 10k since you missed to update the site, am only asking you to correct it so that it s not misleading to your customers.
The next part the thing abo BMW Certified preowned, my Q to your sales rep was in case I buy a BMW certified vehicle and two months down the line if something breaks down, what happens??? Was told it s completely on me, is it true?? Then what s the point in buying a BMW certified vehicle??
The last thing, this directly concerns BUDD s, while my comments above are kind of both Budd s and BMW Canada. As I told am from a retail background myself, Each customer is important and same to me irrespective of the customers colour, Nationality, Appearance and financial ability. We have no reason to be in retail business if we don stick to this fundamental principle. This is what I learned and this is what I teach my team. You maybe selling a premium BMW vehicle, it does not mean that you look down at your customers.

Asked all the right questions and everything seemed great. Two days in, the AC isn t working correctly. A week in and the check engine light is on but the vehicle status shows no issues. Hao Xu was extremely helpful in getting me set up for my appointment and his follow up was impeccable once my car was at the dealership. I will say that this was one of the best service experiences I have had at any BMW dealership. Once the Covid19 situation is past us, I can see myself considering this dealership as my primary go to BMW dealership even though it not the closest dealership to me.

Budds BMW was the best decision I ve made when looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealership. After doing my research and speaking with their phone sales representative, I knew I was making the right choice.
I drove in from Oshawa to Oakville even though there are 3 closer dealerships because Budds was the most knowledgeable and their customer service was superior to the other dealerships.
Before I even arrived I was greeted with a phone call from my sales rep Faisal who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Faisal was able to help me with every question I had, and if he didn t personally know, he went the extra step to find the correct answer. We explored the vehicle, the payment options and everything available feature. While I was there I was made to feel like I was important and not just another random customer. Following the purchase of the vehicle I was introduced to some of the management who shook my hand and thanked me for my business and continued to show their exceptional customer experience. I also received follow up emails from Budds to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle and if I had any questions, which I did and they were very prompt in finding the answers for me in a timely manner.
The dealership staff are very polite, the entire place is super clean and attractive inside.

I took my 2013 BMW 535x in for service for an air conditioner issue and was presented with an estimate for over $9,000 for multiple additional items. Considering the age, mileage and repair costs, I wanted to consider my options on trading the vehicle in and buying a new vehicle. Much to my surprise, I received a call from a Sales Rep called Mesh who presented me with a low ball offer for a trade. Concerned about the integrity of this location, I decide to cut my losses and paid $1100+ and picked up my car, still with the air conditioning not operating. The next day I was offered double the trade in value from 2 different dealers (Volvo and BMW) and bought a 430i convertible the next day. Needless to say, I am not happy with my Budds experience.

I was in the market for a new SUV and had the pleasure of meeting Lee Andrew's, my salesman. I liked the process from beginning to end. He listened very well and was not high pressure at all. I told him that connecting my Pixel phone to the car's system was a must and that it had to be able to read me my texts and have capability to send texts (and there's no way I'd change to an iPhone to make that happen) He ensured that after my test drive, when I got back to their showroom, Robert, their tech genius was waiting to show me exactly how to do that. I have since picked up my ordered car, the X5 with the sport package, and I love it. The appearance is even better inside than out. It drives like a dream (I was worried how it would drive because I've already put my winter tires on (Oct end)). I love the lane assist feature but one of the best features really, are the front seats. I prefer to sit up pretty straight, but the headrest then on many cars, tends to push my head forward. The sport's package isn't just cooler looking, it gives you a seat that reclines as normal but then also has controls to move just the top half of the seat, in addition to a head rest with electronic adjustments for raising and lowering it. Both Lee and Robert are very knowledgeable about their cars which made the whole experience great!

Horrible customer service. I waited for 20 mins for a sales agent to approach, even then no one showed up. I would have understood if it was really busy but unfortunately I was the only customer at that time. I was disappointed because i saw some sales agents just talking at reception, but not one of them cared to approach us.They seem to forgot providing quality customer service is a key to successful business. They lost a valuable customer, Never going back again. Moving forward, i will be getting my BMW serviced somewhere else.

Keep in mind my car is still fully covered under factory warranty.
I had an appointment booked with Budds BMW because my front right wheel looked bent inwards. No damage on my rim/tire. Upon arrival I had been greeted by a Service advisor who was kind and professional, told me to grab a seat in the waiting room and someone would be with me shortly.
Fast forward and another Advisor came and asked me whats wrong with the vehicle. So i explained my concern to him and he said they would have to charge me $165 + tax to diagnose the problem, i said thats not a problem.
it was my front Strut and control arm that was bent because i had 2 other BMW specialist shops take a look and they told me it looks like your strut and control arm is bent, looks like a defect in the vehicle, take it to BMW and let your warranty cover it (AT LEAST SOMEONES HONEST)
I explained this to my Advisor and he accused me of hitting something and trying to run a claim from my warranty.
So i asked him if i hit something shouldn t my rim bend and/or my tire pop from the impact before my strut or control arm bends?
He then started claiming that hes seen this happen and its possible. He then told me BMW Canada does not cover any bent components in a vehicle??? Are you kidding me? What good is my factory warranty and all the extra protection plans they sell you??
In conclusion, if your in the market for a BMW or just want to have yours serviced at all costs and situations STAY AWAY FROM HERE, save your time and money for another BMW dealership or just dont be suprised if you re treated like a idiot here.

Service Rep was great , I had follow-up calls and status on my vehicle. COVID maintenance procedure worked very well. Main issue was resolved but secondary issue was not. Additional cost would have been added.

She makes sure to answer all of my questions, never pressures me or rushes me to make decisions and always follows through on her word. Exceptional service! Budds and their wonderful staff saved me nearly $3000.00 after my vehicle was misdiagnosed by another dealership. My service advisor was knowledgeable, conscientious, and had my best interest and the interest of my car in mind throughout my visit. I would give this facility zero if There was such rating.
I bought my 2016 M3 in August of 2019.
It has a hard transmission issues that your facility does not want to address the issue simply because (THERE ARE NO WARNING LIGHTS OR CODES STORED)
This vehicle is under warranty till next year as i was told.
However it will be in storage starting November till next April.
I do not want to drive it with that issue as i am a auto technician myself and know how these processes work.
So don't try to put off the problem till i run out of warranty and then hit me with repairs.
Deal with it while it is under warranty.
