I drove in at BMW Midrand around 14:28. By 15:15 I was driving out. My vehicle showed a msg that breakpads need to be replaced. Piet gave me an excellent service, that was beyond my expetation. Thank you and thank you Piet. My Xmas gift came early this year.

Great service! Service consultant walked my daughter and I to the Uber and arrange Uber driver to pull into workshop entrance. He held my daughter whilst I was transferring our luggage from our car to the uber.
Who would have thought things would go from bad to worse. Easily the worst dealership I have used out of the 4 automotive brands I have used in my lifetime.... even Ford is miles better than this. Without getting into details.... stay away from BMW especially BMW Midrand by Waterfall and Simon Kruger!

Had an issue with my Mini at a different vehicle service station. Phoned JP Reyneke at Auto Bavaria Midrand (Mini Sales) for help. Within 30 minutes he had sorted the problem out with the service station, explained to them how to fix the problem and called me back to give me an update.

Absolutely incredible service from the moment I walked in, to the time I left. Even the small touches like the barista-made cuppaccino added so much to the experience. Lukhanyo Nogqala was my service assistant and he was brilliant and friendly. Really recommend this dealership!

I had the most horrifying experience with these guys.Booked a service with them and on the day they cancelled my booking while l was on my way there.I was given pathetic excuses about courtesy car being authorized by management etc.
Whn l took my car the following week,another consultant told me thy do not offer courtesy car,the opposite of what l was told
Weeks later l learnt that my tracker was deactivated or rather stoped working the very same day l took my car in for service

Wow..... One of the most best BMW designed showrooms in SA. If you love motor vehicles, this is a must visit. Has a customer experience of note for all racing fans, as they have a 'M' showroom section showing the muscle power.
Only schlep is entering and exiting the premises, some what of challenge. Other than that, a must visit place.
Well positioned BMW dealership, aesthetic pleasing. I pass the dealership every morning before sunrise and the showroom is almost every day differently lightend or displayed that makes it quite appealing to the eye.
Entry and exit roads is well planed and easy to access.
BMW has always been one of the most upper class vehicles and includes good after sales service.
I really loved the service I received from Autobahn. When my car was in repairs, I was kept up to date on every step they had to take to fix it.

Worst service ever.. Or no service.. Was at new car sales for almost 20 mins with no assistance.. Another couple walks in gets service is 2mins...is it a race thing.. Or did 8 look like I did not have money... Caused a nice but small scene... You lost a sale...
Very nice dealership. Went in the used cars area and walked around 3 times. Nobody was interested in me and the car I was looking for was not on the floor. So I left again.

I took my mini for service and was told that i had to replace a water pump. I did give consent to replace it and when i came later to collect the vehicle, i asked to see the leaking water pump that was replaced. i was told if i want to see that part i should pay for it. I paid to replace the water pump and how is it that i should pay again to see the replaced part?

Had a terrible service experience. Felt as though I was undermined as a woman... It was only once I got my father to intervene did I get the proper service and my car was returned to me in a better state
