TERRIBLE doesn't even begin to describe my experience with them. I serviced my car with them mid October and within few days it was blowing smoke. Took it to them to have this checked and fixed as my car didn't have that issue before I took it them.
They had my car for 3 days and only to be told that they didn't do anything wrong but Oil supply pipe is leaking and I need to pay R20k to have my car repaired. Surely if this problem existed at the time of service they would have picked it up considering it was Oil service. They refuse to acknowledge that this was due to poor workmanship. This time around I had even authorised them to repair windscreen chip which I was billed for when I got there. After I paid for diagnostic and chip repair I was handed car keys. When I got into my car the chip was not repaired. Had to wait again to have this attended to and yet I am expected to believe that they are not the cause of the problem for oil leakage. They are terrible even with customer care, during the 3 days no feedback or updates were provided unless I called in myself.
On both occasions even car wash was terrible. Was handed the keys and my seats were literally wet, tyres and mats dirty still. Now I am driving my car in fear wondering wjaw else they might have broken this time while diagnosing it. Wouldn't recommend Auto Bavaria to anyone who cares about that vehicle.
