I screwed up my appointment date and arrived a wee...

I screwed up my appointment date and arrived a week early, but the Austin Infiniti service department rep Chris Hamm was able to fit me in and take care of my maintenance quickly. Oh yeah, and topped it off with a quick car wash.

Priceless !!!

I've had other luxury cars before and I know this would not have been possible in their service area.
