My mother and I have had a rough experience with salesman and dealerships in the past. She had been working with Joe from Austin Infiniti and she wanted us to go check out a couple cars Joe suggested for us. He even put these cars on hold until we arrived later that day. The car was for me and I wasn't looking to upgrade but something different.
