My G35 blew a hose and my car was stranded on the weekend. I had to use Infiniti service night key drop. They jumped on the next work day and sent me a video assessment of the total damages and their recommendations. Very professional and thorough, including a complete cost breakdown and approval process via e-mail. Monte was excellent and responsive. Yes, the labor rates are high but the service is excellent!

Just oil change took 2 hours and 10 minutes even ...

Just oil change took 2 hours and 10 minutes even I made appointment. The service adviser Chris said no need to make appointment for oil change. It just first come first serve manner and scheduling is only necessary for oil change with loaner car, but there are clearly two options in the website 'oil change' and 'oil change with loaner car'. He said it normally take 1 hour 30 mins. for oil change. It was same as my expectation time for the oil change. I waste total 50 mins - 40 mins. for oil change and 10 mins to make schedule through website and also I was late for pick up my kids. My car is ex35 and husband's car is ex60 but our next selection won't be infiniti again.

I found the 2011 Infinti EX35 that I really wanted at Austin Infiniti. The problem was I had no vehicle to drive the 85 miles to the dealership. After a short phone call with Dan Elalouf from the sales staff, they sent a car to pick me up! A couple of hours later, I drove home in the Ex35 I wanted. The car was in like new condition. I'm absolutely elated with the service I received ...

I'm absolutely elated with the service I received from these guys. After going to several dealerships with money in hand to buy a car I was given the run around and the typical slick salesman came out in all of them. Maurice from Austin Infiniti was my sales consultant and made everything happen over the phone, all I had to do was go in and sign. It was a great experience from him and the finance manager who was also professional and personable. They definitely get an A+ in my opinion.

I just purchased my second Infiniti and I m very happy with the product as well as how I was treated at the dealership!!! Dana was my salesman and he was wonderful, I really appreciate his calm & collected nature! There were no hard sales here just support in finding what I was needing. I had the QX80 and loved every bit of it, but it was a lease and I needed to not only turn it in but I needed to downsize so that my elderly mother could easily get in and out of a vehicle.
So this time I went with the QX60 and it is a lovely vehicle too! After I made my decision I was turned over to Latoya & she was extremely lovely as well! She presents products to fine tune the vehicle to your specific needs & I found her nothing but helpful!
Also I ll definitely use the service dept going forward because there just happened to be a issue with the new QX60 s navigation system and they wouldn t give up on it until it was fixed! Which I really appreciate because it was working intermittently and I was afraid that they were going to find it only working while in their care, but they searched the whole darn system and found a loose connection somewhere. Which is interesting because even thou it was intermittent it didn t nessasarly act like a loose connection. So I was very pleased that they found the problem! I feel confident that it will work going forward.

Being that I had to return to the dealership I found both my salesman Dana and Latoya both to be exceptionally kind, personable & genuine! They took very good care of me at Austin Infiniti, I do highly recommend the whole dealership!!!

They charge way too much money for routine maintenance.

Their financial services are horrible. After paying on time for 2 years, somehow my auto-payments got turned off, so I missed a payment for a month and they put a strike on my credit card that killed my credit score. After talking with multiple people they would not doing anything to help me with this over the phone. Forced me to send in a written letter to them which took like 90 days to get a response back where all they said was "the strike was valid... we did not receive a payment on time and that was verified." Tried to call and discuss more and they would not do anything to help me. Will never use Infiniti again.

Have you ever wanted a new car, but dreaded the car buying experience? If you answered YES, I would suggest you go see Juan Lujan at Austin Infiniti. Between him and the sales manager Troy Johnson, they made this process almost too easy.

I was walked up and down the stack as they listened to my needs and wants. From there they found the perfect car for me and my family. I decided to do a few upgrades during the purchase and they also deliver the loaner to me while they make the modifications.

You could not beat this type of service. Did I mention I got a great price and they beat my credit union on interest rate?

I purchased my QX60 and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I wanted in my first Infiniti. 2007 infinity M35X August 23rd 2018 Bobby Davis and Ruben were awesome. They took great care of my car even though its not a new infinity. I have never been treated so well at a dealership. I put the Austin Infinity team on my #1 spot without a close second in sight. not only did they fix our recalls, but they pointed out some repairs safety related and they gave us a loaner while our vehicle was in the shop. I cannot thanks mr. Davis and his technicians enough for taking care of our family. We were treated with respect, kindness and professionalism of the highest standard. You have a loyal customer for life and we will always tell our friends how well you took care of us. We are so greatful.

From the day I bought my car until now, I have always been completely satisfied. I had a services light come on in my car and I was nervous as I was driving out of town for a wedding and then leaving town for Thanksgiving too. Monte and the entire Services team made my experience extremely wonderful and easy. They gave me a gorgeous loaner car and my car was ready to pick up less than 24 hours later. Thank you for always giving me an A+ experience!

I had to take my infiniti in for a recall on passenger airbag and received a loaner Q50 while the work was being done. I also received a complimentary car wash and my car was very clean when I got it back in just a few hours. My service assistant was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. I also love their wait area when I just need an oil change.

Monte and I had an outstanding time with Jaime Cooper. He provided a relaxed and well informed car shopping experience. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the cleaning and detailing shop. Although they were outstanding in their role, this group is working for 2 dealerships. So, on a busy day, this meant a very long wait. We have purchased several cars in our 30 years together and Jaime Cooper streamlined his portion. Overall a 5 star rating.

Our experience with the purchase of our 2017 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport was an incredibly awesome experience from the moment we walk into the dealership.
Our salesman Mario was outstanding in every way, and went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were completely happy with the vehicle we chose to purchase. By the time we picked up the car it look as if it were brand new!
Melissa was very helpful with the choices we had for additional protection for the vehicle and truly knowledgeable of all the products available.
And lastly our experience with the finance department felt like we were becoming a member of the family, kudos to Mike for making it a pleasurable experience!
Overall we both are inclined to say that we were treated like royalty during the entire process! We would highly recommend Austin Infiniti to anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle in the Austin area.

Danny and Austin Infiniti has renewed my faith in customer service. After taking my newly purchased vehicle to San Antonio Infiniti I was thoroughly disappointed in their concern for the issues I had. While sitting in their service bay I called Danny and he said I ll take care of you . He got me in the next day. From there Brianna took excellent care of me and my vehicle. From the time I drove up until the time I drove off the customer service was top notch. Aubrey, Brianna and Danny are excellent examples of what SA Infiniti should strive to be.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I worked with Ricky from start to finish. We agreed on the trade in and new car purchase via email. I live 4 hours away and the dealership knew this so it would have been very easy for them to jerk me around once I arrived at the dealership.

Instead I was met with extreme courtesy, a hassle free experience and top notch professionalism. They honored both the new car purchase price as well as the trade in estimate they had sent without first seeing my vehicle.

Stephanie in Finance was also top notch. She presented options and facts without trying to "sell" me anything I was not interested in.

This dealership goes against the grain of your typical car dealership experience and should be the standard when it comes to how dealerships do business. If at all possible, I will continue to do business here first in regards to all future vehicle purchases.

Thank you Ricky and Stephanie for making me a fan for life.

Austin Infiniti heard my concerns and worked hard to take care of the issues. They didn't have to do anything, but they did took the time to make it right. Bobby Davis quickly addressed my concerns and Michelle Colton made sure my car got to me with no problems. I highly recommend the team at Infiniti Austin.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car!!! Go see CAMEY MARTINEZ this woman is phenomenal and exceeded all my expectations she went above and beyond her job description and really makes buying a car so easy! I had a horrible experience at Gunn Infiniti almost to the point were the finance manager was so intense and aggressive with me that I was rethinking going with Infiniti at all!! I live in San Antonio and Camey brought the car and paper work all the way from Austin to my front door. It took 30 mins to sign all the documents and I got the keys to my Q50 Premium fully loaded car for LESS than what Gunn was going to charge me for a BASE model! If you want an amazing experience go see Camey she is amazing and so personable!!!

Been doing business here since 2012. It is a very nice facility, but service experiences can be very frustrating. Recently took the car in for service. Was told an alignment was recommended, even though the car drive great. Vehicle was returned with an alignment that was worse than when it went in. It is these types of events why I have purchased my last Infiniti.

My husband and I both drive Infiniti's, and have driven them for years. We love Austin Infiniti's laid back atmosphere and wonderful sales and service. When I do wait for service, they make it as enjoyable as possible for me and the kids, and the loaner service is one reason we buy luxury cars! There is the sweetest lady in the waiting area who serves snacks and fixes coffee. So nice! Troy Johnson is an amazing sales person who truly cares and is always willing to help us out with any questions we have, I have also visited with Camey and she too is wonderful. Nick in service is the best! Everyone is always happy and willing to help in any way possible. Thanks Austin Infiniti!

Wow! Cant thank Danny Elalouf and the management at this dealership enough! Hands down the best experience we have ever had over any other dealership. These guys really know how to get what you need done and done right. Danny was our guide the whole time with readiness to make sure not only did we get the best deal but the right vehicle. Truly one of the most luxurious office spaces with everything to cater to our comfort. They wasted no time here in preparing our financing paperwork for a joyous and quick experience that has always been the worste part of buying cars for us in the past. To our amazement they had a huge covered parking lot and even though it was raining we were as dry as a sunny summer day. Great service from every angle! We will be back time and again with our growing boys in need of cars soon this will be our only dealership from here out to make sure they have the best quality and safest vehicle in the planet. I have brought my car to Austin Infiniti many times in the past for service and have always been pleased with them. I recently brought my car in for state inspection and to diagnose some operational issues that I have been having with it. Kenneth Collins listened to my descriptions and quickly determined the problems. We agreed on the repairs that were needed and that after they were completed, I would need to drive my car for a few days to reset the car monitoring system. It was a great customer experience! Kenneth even applied a VIP discount that I knew I had without me even having to ask. I highly recommend Kenneth Collins and Austin Infiniti. Thank you!

Horrible service. I made an appointment a week in advance because the car did not pass inspection due to the "battery not being ready", when I went in they did not have the loaner as promised, so I had to sit there for two hours while they performed the inspection, then the very next day I get home and a warning light comes on saying the car has to be serviced.......really? they could not have taken care of that while I was in there?
