Austin Infiniti Service Department steps up to the plate. After years of excellent service, I wrote a review about my last few service appointments that did not end well. Austin Infiniti heard my concerns and worked hard to take care of the issues. They didn't have to do anything, but they did took the time to make it right. Bobby Davis quickly addressed my concerns and Michelle Colton made sure my car got to me with no problems. I highly recommend the team at Infiniti Austin.
