Mike Walsh in sales has been working with us for some time as we were thinking of transitioning from our older (2004) S4 into a new model. He was both very informed and patient in showing us potential alternatives and really heard the criteria we wanted in a new car. I was leaning toward a new S3 and then the old S4 developed issues that made sense not to fix and move on. Mike found us exactly the S3 we wanted and had it delivered to Wynnewood Audi, prepped and ready before having to leave the next day for DC. He helped to achieve a fair deal for all involved and then took a lot of time going over the new car and its features. The dealership helped in that regard as well and had some nice touches for presenting the new car, paperwork, etc. Through the entire process, Mike was a real pleasure to work with and we came up with the right car for us.
