The most unprofessional sales operation in the region. Suzannah Zakarian the sales manager is combative, rude and is oblivious about how to deliver customer service. I got a call last week from someone asking about an S5 sport back and if I was interested in scheduling a test drive. When I arrived, after they finally found the person who called me, he informed me that he called but he only did pre owned sales. The sales associate Parul tried his best to close the sale until Manager Suzanna intervened when I asked for more for my A4 trade in. She proceeded to grill me about why I was going to a competitor for service and lectured me about why the car business is the way it is. Suzanna is toxic and abrasive. Do not buy from this dealership, you will be overcharged and verbally abused. UPDATED REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER - I was able to get a significantly higher trade in value for my A4 from another local dealer then the ZERO DOLLARS that Audi Wynnewood was offering. Literally every dealer from every brand claims to be #1 or part of some elite metrics club no matter where I go. Also "#1 in Audi sales" doesn't speak at at all to professionality, customer service or doing business ethically.
