I have an uncommon variation of C5 Audi A6. I did my repair work at Audi Wynnewood, many times. I have been working with service adviser Jeremy on this car. He has presented me the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. (Other service guys are cool too, sorry I don t know their names). For my recent service, I received an email from Jeremy at 10:30 PM last night, explaining the situation. I have been in service industry for many years and I have my view of standards. Audi dealer service is more costly than others but I certainly get what I am paying for, and from Audi Wynnewood it goes beyond expectation. I hardly write review for anything but right now I need to write something here for Jeremy. Hey Audi boss, are you reading this review? Give Jeremy a raise.
