Had a pretty terrible experience with Deb. She's abrasive, rude, and talks too much. When I walked in, I was sent over to her to her desk, but she was on the phone. Rather than having me wait elsewhere, she gave me the "hang on a sec" finger and had me awkwardly sit at her desk for 5 minutes while she finished her call. After 2 hours of mostly her talking and not getting to the point, she wouldn't budge on my offer, and I wouldn't budge on her ridiculous opening number. When she wouldnt budge and I got up to walk out, she threw a tantrum and said I wasted her time. She claimed I came just to test drive a nice car and had no intention to lease anything. I leased my audi the following weekend elsewhere for just above what I offered her and way below what she was offering, since ya know, we actually negotiated. Deb wouldnt negotiate and was miserable. She made sure to tell me plenty of times that shes the number something salesperson in some obscure ranking of some obscure geography multiple times.

2 stars because she gave a good test drive and knew her stuff about the car. Too bad she's rude and can't sell. Maybe the other people are better but watch out for her.
