So I don't usually post too much reviews, but our experience with the overall purchase has been terrible. My wife and I drove from DC to this dealership so we can pick the exact vehicle with the features we wanted. The initial experience was good, however, after we discovered when we drove the car back there were defects with the consoles which needed replacement on a brand new car, the dealership and sales person Brandon and sales manager were pretty much non-responsive. We got the defects replaced at our local dealership and it was a breeze. We asked for a detail to be done at our local dealership given that the car was never detailed. They both agreed so I spent the money to detail the vehicle. That was back in June time frame, I have yet to receive the check and and to add insult to injury, the dealership lost our registration so we are essentially driving without registration. That was 3 months ago when we purchased the vehicle! So I guess that's my 2 cents on the quality of customer service, not sure why is it this bad.......
