My very professional, courteous brand representative (Eric Exley) showed my wife and me the car, arranged for several test drives, and offered his opinion when asked to assist me to select option. I also got a very decent discount on the purchase price of the car. Buying the car with the finance manager was PAINLESS - I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He even offered a less costly financing package, despite the fact that the deal I got from my bank was very good. Overall, it was a great experience.
