Initially had a slight issue with some miscommunication after buying online, however after expressing my concerns, Bruce (The GM), Rob (The used Car Manager) and Anne (Sales) worked hard to correct the problem and went above and beyond taking care of all of my concerns. It's always a testament to good management when they make things right. Very happy with my Certified 2017 911!
