sure which part? the broken piece of the trunk cover? you claiming you followed up but never listened to my issues? or over-charging for the rear tire you wanted to replace and not even noticing I had a flat on the front right tire the entire time? Did anyone ever even look or did you just guess? actually no, i liked your overly aggressive service person the best. they followed up 3 times by phone and email and wouldn't listen to my issues. then i filled out the survey and they said they resolved my issues. I'm good but thanks won't ever be returning here. would advise people to take their business elsewhere.
