This is my third Porsche from Eric Exley and the team. Superb in every way!

I have been doing business with Porsche of Conshohocken for about 10 years. Started when I moved back to the area and used their dealership to service a Cayenne I had purchased elsewhere. It was that exceptional experience that kept me coming back. Since then I have made several purchases from the dealership and use them for all of my service and maintenance needs. I simply can not speak highly enough of folks like Michael Pelberg in service, Chris Bell in sales and the general manager Ed Kress. These folks truly understand the notion of customer service, professionalism and really knowing your product. Whether it be assistance with spec'ing a new Porsche or maintaining an old one, Porsche of Conshohocken is my only destination. Keep up the great work guys!

OUTSTANDING!!! Seriously, this dealership and their amazing, passionate staff went above and beyond to help me into my first ever Porsche.

My first visit was to look at a CPO 991.1 C4 Carrera 7 mt and Matthew Stutzman was my CA. He is an enthusiast as well and was truly great to work with. I ended up passing on that vehicle but stayed in touch in case a similar car came through.

During my wait, a beautiful 981 Cayman GTS was sitting in the showroom that I just fell in love with. The new car CA, Chris Bell, got in touch with me about it and from there a great relationship was born. He presented an incredible deal for the car but, unfortunately, the numbers did not work for my personal situation. We spoke some more until we found a great first P-car candidate; a 2016 981 Cayman with sport suspension and 6mt (back to basics!!). Again, Chris gave me an incredible deal that I couldn't refuse and I placed my deposit for it until I could get over there to collect the car.

Now this is where he went above and beyond: I sent him a quick text message that I would be able to come finalize the deal on the Friday starting Labor Day Weekend, but it wouldn't be until around 6:30 pm.. He said no problem. Turns out the dealership closes at 6 pm and he stayed late on a Friday night before a holiday weekend to finish my deal and send me on my way!!!! How awesome is that?! Truly , truly a great CA that will get my business again in the future 100%.

Really satisfied. Sales professional Guy, was very helpful and responsive. Pretty easy transaction as I had identified the car I wanted and price I was willing to pay. In the end maybe $2,000 over price I wanted to pay but $2,000 on an $80,000 purchase in the long run somewhat irrelevant.

I have been dealing with this dealership for over 25 years. Eric Exley has been my sales executive for this whole time. He has always gotten me the car I wanted in the color I wanted. Their trade in values have always been fair. I have Eric's cell in the event I ever get into any problems off hours. He is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and works to get you the best deal he can. His knowledge of every Porsche is not to be believed.
Richard Pelberg has been the person I call when I have any issues I need resolved. The majority of the time it is related to routine inspection and yearly service. I have not had any problems over the many years where actual service was needed for a problem. I currently drive a 2014 Turbo S Cabriolet and it just had its first service/inspection since I purchased it a year ago.
I can only highly recommend Porsche of Conshohocken if you are looking for an incredible and dependable, maintenance free car that you can drive year around and never have to worry if it will not perform like it was new.
Ed Kress, the general manager, has stepped up by donating a Boxster as a donation for a weekend for 2 events that benefit The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in Philadelphia (JDRF). Porsche of Conshohocken has been supporting JDRF for many years and has helped us raise money to find a cure for diabetes.
This is just another way to show what kind of dealership they are.

Took my Porsche in their recently for 40,000 service. They gave me a brand new version of my car as a loaner! Price for service is very high but that holds for all Porsche dealers. Liked that they told me not to bother to pay for tire rotation as they will need replacing this year.

My sales rep (Porsche Brand Ambassador), Eric Exley, has sold me several Porsche models, the first was about 25 years ago. I went to him last June with a configuration for a new 2016 Boxster and asked him if he could get it built for me and meet my delivery and financial requirements. His answer was a simple Yes. I picked up the 2016 Boxster yesterday, delivered two weeks earlier than expected.

Everything about the transaction was done professionally; I found a private buyer for my 2012 Boxster and Eric arranged a courtesy trade in/transfer of my old car to the buyer. When I picked up the new car everything was ready and handled professionally.

My family bought a Cayenne from Eric E and the team at Porsche of Conshohocken and it was a fantastic experience. Once the transaction is finalized, you usually expect it to end there. But Eric took the time to walk us through EVERYTHING from A to Z. They really do care about the little things. I'd recommend the dealership to any of my friends and/or family.

So I m a first time car buyer unfortunately I can t afford a Porsche however they have a range of great pre owned cars that are not Porsche I don t have the best of credit but I was able to get approved and a payment I can afford Cameron was amazing such a good salesman who is looking to sell you a car you will love not a car you feel cheated for getting the loan and financing manager very nice and flexible when I look for my next car I will be returning a great place to take your kids and get a great first car. I had an excellent experience at Conshohocken Porsche. The team was flawless especially my salesperson Mina. Upon my arrival I was handed the keys to my freshly cleaned soon to be new car. It had a full tank of fuel and polished to a shine.
Mina walked me through the process while I waited to see the finance manager and helped me swap my belongings into my car.

Worst car "buying" experience ever.
Placed an order for Porsche Macan S at porsche of conshohocken dealership in mid September 2014. Put $1000 deposit down. They promised to deliver the car in February 2015. I called them in January and they told me they have an allocation and the car will be delivered some time in March. When I called them again in March they told me they are all sold out and returned my deposit $1000 plus $100 "compensation". Well, I think they sold the car to someone else... So BUYER BE AWARE they lie and may waste you time. LOL after I posted this review they posted 20 positive ones on the same day(!). What a bunch of rogues

Between Eric Exley and Ed Kress, they know more about me and what I am looking for in a Porsche than one would believe is possible. I just purchased my third vehicle from the dealership, and look forward to the most thorough explanation of a new car with Eric.

Simple transaction overall. Roger was my sales person and he was a true professional from start to finish. They had a made on the availability of the car that I had selected and ended up selling me a more expensive car, but honoring the price of the original car.

She was very helpful in answering our questions and seeking inputs from her colleagues on technical issues as and when needed. I spoke with a quite a few salesmen over the phone about an Audi I was trying to purchase, that I was flying in from Utah for, I asked for a few more pictures, and I received nothing from any of the salesmen. I don't think I was asking for too much. Very nice people, but not helpful at all.

Got a wonderful deal on a Porsche Cayman S from Guy Q. I was apprehensive because it was an out-of-state purchase, but it all went very smoothly and the car was more jaw-dropping than I could have hoped for on the day I finally got to see it in person and drive away. Also, recently received a follow-up call from Guy who was calling to see how it was going. I highly recommend the dealership!

I think 4 stars is fair. The 911 I bought from them is jam up, and I did get a great deal on the vehicle. I did not go for the 5 star because the vehicle had some cosmetic issues I was not told about but to be fair I did not buy a new car. I was in the market for a certified pre-owned Cayenne S for quite a while. I searched high and low for a couple years without any luck. I built and priced a new one exactly how I wanted it several times, but it was way out of my budget; as it had the Designo Cognac/Espresso interior package, sports exhaust system, RS Spyder Design wheels, 14 way heated/cooled seats, and was the exact color, jet black metallic, I wanted, etc.... The point is to find the exact vehicle like I wanted is very rare if not impossible! I finally met Eric from Porsche of Conshohocken and he was able to find me one within just 2 weeks! I remember when Eric called me out of the blue one day and said... "You won't believe what I have...". I still can't believe Eric was able to find the exact build (plus some actually) I wanted, all the way down to the Porsche crests in the headrests! I live about 6 hours away, and there are actually 3 Porsche dealerships a few hours closer than Conshohocken, but whenever someone asks me "Where'd you get that?!" and they're in the market for a Porsche, I always send them to Porsche of Conshohocken.

Eric Exley at Porsche of Conshohocken truly made my purchase of a 2016 Cayman GTS a pleasurable and exciting experience. We worked together from the design of the car to the delivery and he was always there through the process if I had questions. Salesman Todd Smith: Competent, friendly, customer oriented. Great experience. Exciting new Macan.

No integrity whatsoever. Made a deal. My car was held up at the port for over 6 weeks because of a Porsche recall. When it finally came in they wanted $2000 more because the value of my trade went down. It was Porsches fault not mine. The pompous unapologetic manager Jim Sarterthwaite said take it or leave it. I've owned over 20 Porsches the past 30 years and was never treated this poorly. Stay away from this slime.

Good overall transaction. They had the right car we were looking for at a fair price. Sales team was good, accommodating and didn't make me feel like we were going to have the stereotypical car dealership experience. They got us through the entire transaction without any issues and we left feeling like we got what we wanted, at a good value.

Bought a 2018 Challenger that was advertised with navigation but after I got home and started learning the car it didn t have navigation and my email s about my displeasure were never responded. Guess it wasn t a 100K sale.

Easy transaction. The entire sale was done through email and by the phone. The process was started pre-COVID so I had to wait 2 months to be able to pick up the car. During that time Roland was consistently reaching out to give me updates on what the dealership was allowed to do and when we would be able to finalize the sale. Just picked up my new car on Saturday and so far am loving it!

I was extremely satisfied with my car buying experience! Andrew was our salesman and he provided outstanding service with no sales pressure whatsoever. Wound up getting a great deal on a used Audi that I am thrilled with. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and especially Andrew!!

Everything about Porsche is professional and the same goes for the Conshohocken dealership. I bought my car there almost 16 years ago and still have the same Service Manager and know many of its employees. That speaks for itself. My primary residence is in Upstate New York, but I feel confident in servicing my Boxster here in PA. whenever I can.

Service guy named Mike? has an attitude problem! I just want to schedule a pre-purchase inspection, that's all. You can be a little bit nicer if you don't want my business.

I took my Cayman S for annual service and state inspection on August 17th, 2015.

I've been taking my Porsches to Conshohocken Porsche for over 20 years. I have always had great service. The service advisors have always been very courtious, friendly and helped explain any service or issues that have come up. They have been very accomodating with scheduling service to fit my needs. I would recomend them highly to anyone.

I had locking wheel lugs on my 2004 Cayenne and could not locate the key. Called Porsche of Conshohocken to see if they could help. They gave me two options - order new key or they would remove locking wheel lugs. I opted for the later option and was in and out in a 1/2 hour. I was not an existing customer and was treated that well. Great service, which I appreciated.

I have been working with Brandon on finding both special cars and building dream cars for a long time.
He is the most attentive, kind and Porsche passionate sales associate I have ever had the privilege of working with. He always devotes as much time to making sure every detail is attended to. I am also grateful for his kindness and understanding when I change my mind on a particular purchase. He truly just wants the customer to be completely satisfied. Porsche of Conshohocken is highly recommended. All of the staff is very professional, honest, and straight shooting. They stick by their word and give very fair - no nonsense deals. Everyone from my salesman (Todd Smith) to the general sales manager (Ed Kress) were wonderful to work with during the purchase process. They are true Porsche brand ambassadors and enjoy what they do.

I have an older Porsche with many maintenance trips to Rosen over the years. To give a review based on just one experience at one point in time reveals very little about this or any other dealership. Even broken clocks get it right twice a day. But when considered together over time, a picture emerges. The reader can be assured that Rosen gets it right and does so consistently. This is a difficult standard to maintain. They make it look easy. This is also how you make customers for life. They rock.

I wont say that this was a great visit to the dealership. The sale rep I had was cool to work with but after the sale you're on your own. I should have back out of the deal before I signed. I was told I would get a part fixed then was told "he never said that". Right then I should have walked away. The sales manger is pretty pushy on the sale so they will try to make you happy.... I bought a Porsche Cayenne and I hated it. The car was dirty and when they washed it after I signed for it I noticed a few dents on the rear hatch. WOULD have been a deal breaker for me!!! Once I noticed it a day later I asked for help with it. I got "we can give you a discount to fix it" . WOW at Porsche I figured the service would be amazing.. I bought a Lexus a few weeks ago and noticed two things wrong with it. I told my sales rep a few days later and they fixed it for free NO ISSUES... GREAT CS from LEXUS!!!! Also BEWARE of there pre certified used cars. it seems when you need brakes and rotors if the pads are squealing as they claimed mine where 50% pad life. I verified the next day they were actually 40% and the rotors were out of spec as well. Needed cut and pre certified so they should have been replaced. But again my sales rep was no help again on the brakes either. I got "we can look at them but our techs certified it so they have to be good"...Or your dealership is cheap and didn't want to replace anything...like the brakes the, cabin filter, air filter, broken door switch, ect... BE VERY careful when getting a certified used cars from this dealer. because they certified check is about as good as jiffy lubes. To make matters worse. I asked to get out of the car into another car. I was very shocked to hear that they wouldn't do it. I figured since I just bought a car a week ago they would help me get into another car they had on the lot but NOPE !!! I was rejected. They said "t wouldn't be wise". So basically what they said was WE AREN'T GOING TO HELP YOU GET INTO A ANOTHER CAR because we don't want to make you happy and tell everyone how great this dealership is and helped me get into another car cause I was unhappy about the first one. yes I knew I would loose some money but I figured they would help me out more then any other dealership would. I WAS WRONG. I went to a dealership near me told them the story and they said " someone doesn't know how to count $$ at Porsche"...Anyway I sold the Cayenne and got a new Audi Q5 from another dealership that was HAPPY to HELP me and will be helping me and my family in the near future on another car as well...Stay away from this dealers Certified used cars...Audi and Porsche dealers in DE and MD are way cheaper and better....

Roger understands and presents the product with class. He provided a high level of service in the selling process, and offers post sale support. He meets all the standards you expect with the Porsche brand.
