What distinguishes this transaction from the previous ones, however, is Eric Exley who provides an exceptional level of customer service. He is the most knowledgeable, conscientious and courteous salesperson I have dealt with to date.
Walked into the dealership on a Thursday and left with a beautiful 2016 CPO Porsche Panamera GTS the following week. My sales rep Guy Quigley could not have been more professional and more accommodating to getting me set up with a vehicle that fit all of my needs. He was very knowledgeable and with this being my first Porsche experience, he held my hand every step of the way. Would certainly recommend him and this dealership. Overall flawless buying experience! Cameron (my salesman) was very polite, professional and quick to respond to my questions. I bought a 2012 Cayenne S and it is solid as a stone. Driving back to DC it was able to maintain 80+ mph without wobble, creaks etc. The dealer has VERY fair pricing especially for a high end euro brand. Bob in the finance department was also very easy to work with and helped me shop around a little to make sure I got the best possible rate.
Everyone was wearing a mask and taking rona precautions. I can t recommend these guys enough and it was well worth the drive!
Mike Pelberg always takes great care of me. In during a busy holiday week. In at noon. Out at 4:00. Cashiers out on holiday, Mike stepped in and got me on the road quickly.

I've bought a lot of cars so far and have to say Todd Smith went above and beyond in putting this deal together for me. He was always answering any questions I had through text, email or phone. He understands the importance of customer service. I actually went to another Porsche dealer that was 10 min from my house who was really standoffish before going to Todd. They didn't even get back to me for 2 weeks after I stopped in and talked to a dealer there. By than I had already ordered my car through Todd which was 45 min away from me. It was a great feeling to tell that other Porsche dealer I already ordered a car from Todd and put a deposit on 2 more. Say the least that dealer was trying to get me back! lol I told him Todd was great and wouldn't think for a second of ever going to them again.

After seeing the Audi Q3 at this dealership, I was immediately interested but needed more information and help. Had to visit the service department several times during COVID. Inspections, new tire, etc. The sales side of the dealership is awesome but credit where credit is due: the service department is awesome. Their work area is clean, they answer the phone promptly and are honest about the work, costs, etc. Further, their operation procedure during COVID was impressive. Bought a 2008 Carrera S back in 2009. Loved that car very much, but my interactions with Eric and Michael made the experience even better. Eric made the deal easier than any car I have ever bought. It has been 3 weeks since I contacted the dealer about cancelling the fidelity warranty services that they sold me. Robert, who sells me the warranty who promised that it would be very easy to cancel, actually tells me that he is not in charge of cancelling and refunding and just gives me a name that does not even appear on the dealer's website! Not to mention many other dissatisfactions that I have encountered with this dealership! The only one that seems to be nice are the receptionists!
It has been 5 weeks now and no call back from Robert or the dealer. Good Job!
