I have brought my car in for service at this deale...

I have brought my car in for service at this dealership a couple of times, but I had bad experiences both times. The first time, I had a leak that I needed them to check out, and Gypsi suggested that I just leave without having them look at it because the check engine light wasn't on at the time that I brought it in. Some time after pressing to get the leak fixed, I noticed my car making some noises, so I brought it back in. They replaced some gaskets, the exhaust manifold, and a sensor, but as I was leaving the lot, I still heard the noise. I turned back, and Cindy sent Flloyde, the tech, out to look at it. As he was checking under the hood, he realized that he had forgotten to connect a hose, so he reattached it, but told me he couldn't do anything about the noise and walked away. I took it to another dealership (Good Chevrolet), and they quickly discovered that Auburn had incorrectly installed the air box. So, Auburn suggested almost $850 worth of services and parts to fix an issue that they had caused to begin with - I won't be bringing my car back here.
