Service department was a big disappointment. My wife made an appointment for service at 8:15 AM Monday morning. I dropped it off at 7:30 AM when they opened but they didn't even start looking at the car until almost noon. Most of the fixes I needed turned out to be simple, yet they had to keep it until Wednesday. Furthermore, it was up to me to initiate calls to them to get updates, and it seemed like they wouldn't even work on the car more until I called them. Finally demanded my car back on Wednesday afternoon, they charged me over $300 for the fixes, and still hadn't actually repaired everything I brought it in for.
