Car buying was easy. They helped my mother get what she was looking for, exactly for the price she wanted.

I was referred to Atamian Honda by a greatly satisfied customer, which I found is hard to find with any dealership. With that being said I was off to a great start. I was met by a gentleman by the name of James Bouras (Jimmy), whom I have heard a lot of customers have had a great experience with. He was very kind and patient. Jimmy was very understanding of my current vehicle situation ( a falling apart dodge) as well as my financial situation. He did not push anything upon myself that I could not afford. He was very knowledgable about every vehicle I inquired about as well as very informative. Everyone at the dealership including the service center were very kind and helpful. The manager also met with myself to confirm that I was being assisted properly. Knowing that I had assistance in every aspect was very relieving seeing that I was just coming out of a stressful matter with my current vehicle. Jimmy was able to assist me with choosing an amazing yet affordable vehicle with no type of pressure what so ever. He even sincerely confirmed if I felt comfortable with the vehicle and most importantly the price. Which in all honesty was an amazing price for a 2016 vehicle. The service from the moment I walked into the dealership all till the very end as I stepped in my brand new vehicle was an amazingly great experience. I feel all dealerships should present such an experience for all customers. Atamian Honda truly was able help me without realizing how much weight they took off my shoulders. Jimmy and his fellow employees as well as management were nothing short of great people to work with. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. :)

The place was very clean with a wide selection of cars to choose from. Darryl Dubose helped me out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy like some sales people. I highly recommend dealing with him.

Went looking for a Honda, i drove a 2006 Accord, wanted another. I went to Atamian initially because it was close to work. I am suspecting they disclosed my personal info to third party. Recently, I bought a new car from them, it came with SiriusXM. Since the purchase I am getting advertising letter from SiriusXM every month and now I am getting call from SiriusXM. Not too happy about it.

Atamian Honda is a great place to go, whether new or used cars, they have a great selection. I guess they have appointments but we walked in on a Sunday afternoon and were seen by a salesman right away (Jimmie T is great by the way). I got a fantastic deal on my car, plus a warranty that fit into our needs and budget, they are willing to work with you, which is nice. Upon pick up of the car, they give you the "new car experience" and take you through all the features of the car and make sure you don't have any final questions. It was nice to have the experience and have the special treatment. Definitely recommend them for a new or used car!

One of the few places in the area to find a Civic coupe. Price as listed online. Manager gave a pushy sell on leasing instead of buying for some reason. The loan handler insisted that I sit through an extended warranty sales pitch. Also had to watch a video about an overpriced window coating. But Allston, my salesman, kept it a pleasant experience despite all that.

Last 2 months I have been to lease my car . And I really like my car. But really sad for the services and sellers . Because they just give me everything difference with what I take to them before I going to sign. I m so surprised with my bill after 3 weeks I don t know why I have to pay so much . After I try to call and ask about that but they say I did sign so everything is done. And I go there 2 times but they just give me talks to different people all the time. for that I understand because I believe them . And I just go there alone and I said to them I don t know how to buy or lease the car so please have me . I m sorry I really don t want to write something bad about Honda American or about everyone working at Honda .i have more problem but I don t want to write more. I m sorry because I m so sad with what I have to pay.

Love the new building! Went in for an oil change. Very spacious and beautiful with a bigger waiting seating area with tv, computer room, snacks, and beverages. Makes waiting time worthwhile. I think the person who was at the service front desk was Phil - he was helpful and kind and during check out, the woman who helped me was also very nice! It s great to get service from people who actually take their time to greet and smile at you. Thank you guys!

We went to Atamian looking at the 2019 Ridgeline not really set on buying. We had a great experience previously when we purchased a 2017 Pilot Elite from Daryl. Daryl greeted me like an old friend. He showed me the truck and walked me through the features. I felt very relaxed and not pressured to buy anything. He let me take the truck home and show it to my wife. We decided it was what we needed. Steve got us set with financing through Honda Financial in two days. I'm sure it would have been one day but there was an issue with our trade that we needed another bank to clear up. On day three I picked up the truck and drove it home. We love the customer care and service! We are Honda for life as long as they keep this up!!!

From the very start I felt like I was creating a business relationship that I d want to maintain. The woman who took my initial call could not have been more kind. The gentleman in Service, I m sorry that I m not 100% on his name, but I believe it was Chris, was understanding on the phone and provided me with opportunity to have my CRV repaired on the very same day I called.
Even though going to a dealership may be a bit more expensive, I m still going to Atamian Honda, because their kindness, openness and attention to my problem earns them that loyalty.

I recently purchased a new 2019 Accord. John Leduc was my salesman. This is the 4th car my family has purchased from Atamian and the 3rd we've purchased from John. I've had 3 Honda's in a row, I always come here to look at them first and then I go to boch Honda west after because they're always cheaper. This place is clean and nice and great for service (even though they don't vacuum your car with an oil change like everyone else does), but I wouldn't actually get a vehicle here.

I actually had fun buying a car here. I found the car I wanted online, and they made it easy to come in and check it out. I probably paid more than I should have, but what can you do, that's their job. While I was signing everything they washed the car for me and filled it up with gas. It was a good experience.

I had to had to have my tire repaired. I had excellent service. Was in and out in record time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

When Kelly VW Danvers moved locations suddenly, and lost my service reservation, they called Atamian and asked if I could come in last minute. Greg, the Manager, was more than willing to take my car, service it, and even had the inspection sticker changed. Dealing with Atamian Honda was great and a pleasant experience. Klye Willet was and excellent salesman who listen to my needs and had me in and out of the showroom within 2 hours with an approval on a new Honda CRV. The experience at Atamian Honda shows the difference between dealership. I first went to Autofair ford and was in the dealership for 6 hours and thought I had a deal and signed the paperwork and left my deposit and then didn't hear a thing from Autofair Ford for 4 days until I finally got ahold of somebody to tell me that I was not approved. But when i went to Atamian i was in and out in 2 hours with a approval and signed deal for the car i wanted and no games. I would highly recommend Atamian Honda to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Kyle and the staff are friendly and helpful and listen to what you're looking for and have a great selection of cars.

Jimmie Tringale was very nice and easy to deal with. Asked me what I wanted and came as close to it as could reasonably be expected. Very little effort. No pressure. No games. A little back and forth but no over acting or drama. I would go back. And I would ask for Jimmie by name.

I wish all car buying experiences were handled as professionally as they do at Atamian. I requested an internet price on a 2015 Honda CRV- EX AWD and was quoted a price. I was extremely happy when we said down to purchase the car they honored the internet price. Dan Traficante is wonderful to work with and highly recommend asking for him!

A completely degrading and deceptive sales process to buy a new car at this dealership. Nothing close to what I have ever experienced before at other dealerships.

My, what a beautiful building, beautiful facility and beautiful smiles but this business is run by a bunch of crooks. I realized some of this during the very difficult sales process, but went ahead with the purchase because they were the only Honda dealer around here that had the color I wanted.

These Sales Managers have a seriously rigged game. My written quote first listed the full price ( Total Vehicle Price stated on the window sticker; all inclusive of fees and extra charges), which was followed by a lower price, labeled, Discount . It turns out the two number have nothing to do with each other! When you re not aware, they add significant fees to the discounted number, that were in the original Total Vehicle Price . Wow. I questioned the Sales person and Sales Manager, heavily about this, before I realize the whole picture. They insisted that the fees (i.e. destination change, $930) are not part of the original Total Vehicle Price . After discussing this at length, I reluctantly moved on THEN, later, when the sale was all written up, while looking at the actual sticker on the car, in detail, I noticed those fees WERE included in the Total Vehicle Price stated on it. This was just one of several issue I ran into.

A couple of days after my purchase, I received a super nice, friendly note from the General Manager, thanking me for the purchase and asking that I please contact him directly if I had any feedback, at all. I contacted him 4 times to explain my complaints, but NEVER received any response from him, nothing.

I ve bought new cars several times, and expect some degree of sales shenanigans, but never seen anything close to this. They are actually, pretty good at their con games. They caught me off guard. I was never expecting out-in-out, repeated lies straight to my face, even when I kept questioning their statements.
