One of the worst dealers to go to. They were very rude . More specifically Gabe R. He and his sales manager literally insulted me as I was not budging on a price I quoted them. They should have declined my offer and I would have walked away. Instead they insulted me.
I hope people in the management read this and take some action against Gabe R. and teach him how to respect customers that walk in.
I was more than glad to just walk away and do business with other dealerships who are much more respectful and courteous.

I've been leasing Accords at a dealership that was a distance from my home since 2010,and I decided to visit Atamian Honda because it was closer to me. I had a very good experience working with Edwin and Steve. They had the car that I wanted, and at a fair rate. I highly recommend Atamian Honda because the staff is so accommodating.

Was given a price online on a 2016 Honda pilot lease with 0 down payment. Jerry Malone (Manager) wanted me to put down $3,000.00 to honor that price. Avoid this dealership as they give you a price online and when you go to the dealer the manager clearly tells you he can't honor that price unless you put more money down.
WOW this was a shock! So Ataminan was trying to sell a know vehicle honda crv that had been totaled! Thank you carfax! The whole right side of the vehicle had been totaled but they took this totaled rebuild car that nine out of ten times the frame of that honda crv would NEVER be the same again and was selling it for almost over 15,000! REALLY

Once again, the car sold to me is having issues. I m convinced I was scammed & sold a lemon. Will be going to Subaru tomorrow and if it can t be fixed, will return the car. I ve had enough. Its been one frustration after another & I was kind enough to accomodate & take down my past review. I won t with this one until I find out what is wrong with the car now.

I leased a new 2014 Honda Pilot from Ben Atamian at Atamian Honda. The leasing experience was great and painless. They listened to what we wanted in a car and didn't try to persuade us to pay more than we wanted for a higher model. He was very accommodating allowing us to put our car seat in the car for a test drive and the patience while we put it in. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Atamian service has also been great when we take our Pilot in for any service. (just oil changes) I am very happy with my choice and will be back to Ben and Atamian Honda/Volkswagon when our lease is up.

On October 25, 2019 I brought my car as always for my scheduled oil change appointment at the Atamian Honda Dealership in Tewksbury. My experience with their service is absolutely great and I usually deal with Salvatore (Sal) who is very helpful, knowledgeable and very polite. In addition I would like to thank Paul ( I apologize that I cannot recall his last name) who is a fellow coworker of Sal's at the dealership for assisting me a few months ago when I brought my car for oil change. I cannot say enough for their excellent service and I truly appreciate it!! Thank you!!
Large amount of Hassle to repair a defect which came with the used car I purchased from them even with a warranty. Took over a month to get the repair done. Then they left me without a drivable vehicle over the holidays since they started it was too expensive to keep me in the rental they were providing to me. Only good thing is they did in fact fix the problem free of charge, but all of this could have been taken care of in a much better manner.

Today someone from Atamian Honda contacted me at work, even though they have my cellphone number which I have told them is the preferred method of contact and asked if I had it in my heart to remove this bad review. To which I stated I would try. Yet after remembering that due to this issue I had to completely reschedule my holiday plans last minute due to them returning me my vehicle in it s unrepaired status and telling me to Play dumb and lie if another police officer pulled me over due to the lights not working properly. The fact that a company who prides themselves on their customer satisfaction surely is making the relationship with this customer much rougher than it is needed to be.
I found Atamian efficient, up-front and friendly. I shopped around at four other dealerships and none of them could match Atamian's low price.
The service team was awesome,beginning with John the service writer who totally understood the needs of our vehicle and proposed remedies which the technicians implemented.
It was a great experience and the car drives like new! Great job!

I have had one good experience here but when I went to buy a second car from them Chris Rodriguez was a poor salesman and then a real jerk. He was very arrogant and when I told him I had enough, he tried to start a physical confrontation and then actually tried to come on to my wife as we were leaving. One poor salesman shouldn't spoil the whole bunch but AVOID this guy! Regardless though, the dealership should have called and tried to make things right.

I went to Atamian Honda to look for a new vehicle. I met John Desrochers who showed me the vehicle and what I needed to know for the test drive. We went in to talk and I have to say he is not someone who makes you feel pressured. We discussed pricing , and agreed on the price a day later. The process of down payment and buying was pretty fast. Really no glitches . When I came back to pick up my car it was spotless! John took the time to go over the features of the car. We spent probably 20 minutes discussing options and the buttons and functions of different safety measures. I give John an excellent rating of experience, dedication, and being knowledgeable. He loves what he does and it shows. I will recommend anyone I know looking for a Honda to meet with John D. Service was by far the best from any car I have ever purchased.

I had conversations with Sal in service department. He was very professional and prompt about following up after I had dropped my car offf the night before. Car was dropped of for a battery related issue. Dealership refused to honor the warranty because it had run out 3 days prior to the appointment/drop off date. I purchased this car brand new in Jan of 2015 and didn t take delivery till Jan 9th. Car was dropped off on Jan 8th for service as that was the earliest available slot for them. Had I been able to bring in the car the day they gave me appointment I would have been with in time frame.

Great service, was there for my driver side window not working, the window regulator was bad, my vehicle was out of warranty, but they called Honda and I only had to pay for the diagnostic rest was taken care by Honda, love Honda cars and the way they reward there loyal customers, just paid 120$ for something that could cost me 720$. Will keep servicing my vehicle at Atamian Honda and my new car is definitely going to be a Honda.

Got my first car Honda Civic 2012 w/ zero down and than I trade it in for a newer year Honda Civic 2015. I made a mistake putting Progressive for my auto insurance ! "Don't get Progressive for your auto insurance!" I recommend this dealership but don't put Progressive as your auto insurance that's all!
I had a great experience purchasing my 2016 Honda CRV Touring edition. This is the second new car I have purchased from Atamian Honda. I like them because it is not a high pressured sales experience like most other dealerships. I have dealt with Atamian for service on my Hondas for 15 years. I would recommend them to my friends. Ben Atamian was my sales associate on my recent car purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the car and did a thorough job of explaining the features of the car and the differences between the CRV and the CRV touring. I am very happy with the vehicle and the experience.
Great experience prior to purchasing the car communicating with the online rep and after purchasing the car transacting with the service department for installation of a remote starter and then an oil change.
Be careful when you are actually there in person though at the time of purchasing the car, they make you sign papers saying that if they show you the car then you will buy from him/her, they tried to steer me into an expensive lease which made no sense at all financially speaking.
Mr. Veth was very attentive to all my needs. He took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my choice of vehicle and payment plan. My experience was made all the better by his knowledge of the cars in stock and the patience he showed when I was unsure of what I wanted. I will be sure to return when I am looking for my next car.

Purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey and had a very positive experience at Atamian. Standard auto negotiation process on price (with manager) so make sure you do your research. Cee Veth was our salesperson and was extremely knowledgeable about the car, was not pushy or overbearing and made us feel comfortable during the buying process. Initially went in deciding between a Sienna and an Odyssey and Cee understood but still spent time with us discussing the Odyssey even thought the dealership was busy and we didn't purchase on our initial trip. Once we finalized on our car choice, Cee went above and beyond to find the color/model we wanted - which wasn't an easy thing to do after the busy President's day weekend. Prior to leaving with the car, Cee gave use a thorough overview of the features. I recommend Atamian and highly recommend Cee if your looking for a Honda. Hoping the post purchase experience is just as good!
Very slow parts department. Physical inventory not aligned with computer inventory. Sales person did not know how to process a refund.
This is actually my second time choosing Attamian and like the last time they answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for, I'm very satisfied with their service and I would recommend Attamian Honda to any one that is looking for great service and great cars.
As per usual, my service appointment went smoothly. Technician explained the recommend services to be performed, I signed the authorization, left my car and was called in approximately 4 hours to let me know the my car was ready for pick up. Spoke to another Technician to confirm/review what was done and pointed out items that may need to be look at at my next service visit (brakes). Fees were reasonable and the Staff all professional and pleasant.
Didn't like the entire trade in process. Asked the sales manager 3 times how much equity was in my lease trade in. never got an answer. Felt stuck. lease was ending , had to trade. will never go back!!!

Without a doubt, the most insulting service experience of my life. I got in early because my wife's slider door on her Odyssey was not closing properly. It was sliding just fine, but wouldn't close and stay closed. Not good!
Sadly, the repair shop I usually frequent wasn't open before I had to take my kid to school, so I had to go here. I was nervous, although they met me with politeness and the shuttle driver was great.
A couple hours later, I got "the call". Now, my wife's car is not very high mileage (65K), and we bought it used FROM THIS DEALERSHIP (with 30K pre-owned).
Their pricing is an absolute insult to my intelligence. I've had both sets of brakes in multiple cars replaced for 50% less than they charge for one axel. The other "fixes" (timing belt, water pump, shocks) are all inappropriate add-ons that no right-minded human would pay for on a slightly used minivan at market rate.
There are GREAT service stations at very competitive rates in the immediate area. Unless you're going in for recall/warranty covered work, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
